We've stayed here quite a few times previously and have never had any issues. However, on this trip the in-room wifi was useless. The front desk 'restarted' it several times but it was just poor. Travellers rely on good internet access these days for many different reasons and for this reason alone we will be looking elsewhere for our next trip. Having said that I can't fault any other part of our stay, which was fantastic as always hence the 4 out of 5 rating.
The stay from check-in to checkout was absolutely phenomenal. Rolle at front desk was friendly and professional. All of the ladies at 39 were awesome. The brunch was amazing and waiters treated us with so much kindness. Inwould definitely recommend the hotel as well as the brunch.
I was visiting family in Orlando and decided to stay the night so I went online to find a last minute hotel reservation. I’m so glad I found this hotel! It was conveniently located and the trim was fl great! Staff were really friendly at check—in even though it was about 9:30 when we got there. Parking was busy because there was a prom being held but it was empty when we left in the morning. There were shops right across the street but given the late hour we arrived we just went up to our room. Everything in the room was clean and the beds were comfortable- seriously I’m in love with their pillows. 🤣 I checked out from my room so it was a breeze. I will definitely plan on staying here whenever I come to visit family!
I stayed at the Rosen Plaza on a work trip this past week to attend a conference at the Orange County Convention Center. Check-in was easy, great, and I appreciated them allowing me my super early check-in request due to a re-scheduled flight. The rooms are comfortable and quiet, though the pillows are a bit flat for my taste, though not a big issue. The biggest reason for the average rating was the wifi was absolutely awful. None of my coworkers nor I could get the wifi to stay connected for more than 3 minutes, and we ended up having to re-sign in to the network about every 10 minutes. This was especially frustrating since we had meetings we needed to video into during the week. The second issue I found annoying was the advertised benefit of a skybridge to the Convention Center. The caveat here is that the skybridge only goes to the West Concourse; so if you're attending an event at the main convention center, you'll be better off taking the iRide Trolly shuttle two stops south to the convention center, as it's quite the walk to the main convention center from the hotel. Otherwise, the staff at the food establishments were very friendly and the hotel is located in a very convenient part of the area. Not sure I would stay here again given the wifi issues and no free meal options, but was comfortable and quiet for tuckering in for the night.…
I have been coming here for 10 years with the Moose organization. Rosen never fails us. We had a great time again. A shout out to Cameelo. You said it was your 2nd week on the job. Keep up your great your custometr service and you will go far! Also the staff that served us Saturday evening for the banquet. Great job! I can't forget Jay that stopped and talked with us one evening. Thank you! Mary F
I have stayed quite a few times in the area and this is the best hotel on International Drive in my opinion. Its only a small price more than others nearby but a massive improvement on quality, security and staff. It feels classy, spotless and had everything we needed including perfect location to restaurants, shops and bars. Superb.
Stayed here for the first time for 10 nights from the 1/4/22 to the 10/4/22 although we have used hotels on International Drive before. Location is great being only 10 mins from the Universal Parks, 15 mins from the Disney Parks and about 25 mins from Orlando International Airport with easy access to I4 and other key roads. Hotel was quite busy when we stayed as there was a number of schools attending a Maths Convention when we were staying but even then it was quiet and not too busy. Staff were friendly, reception and rooms clean well kept and tidy and the on-site facilities perfect for relaxing after a busy day at the Theme Parks. Used the Reception Bar and Pool bar several times and these were always tidy with prompt service. Buffet Breakfast was expensive and average quality compared to other restaurants nearby. A new Dennys a few minutes from the hotel was much cheaper, had more choice and better quality. Also worth trying Pointe Orlando which is literally across the road and has several nice restaurants. That said the kids really liked the on-site Deli that served sandwiches and pizzas as well as other snack late into the evening. Unlike previous reviews we were given a pass to display in the hire car so parking was free for the duration of out stay. Stayed in more expensive hotels that were not as good as this hotel and would have no hesitation using again when in the area.…
I've stayed here a few times, and wasn't really a fan. This time was different. The staff was super friendly, the rooms are updated and lovely. The stand-out for me was the cleanliness of the rooms and common areas. Well done Rosen Plaza. Thanks for making me feel safe. Great location, walking distance to many restaurants and shopping. Valet and self-parking are offered.
What a pleasant surprise. Very nice ambiance, food and service. Mr Rosen surprised us at the table with a smile on his face in very humble manner. Hands down to management and owner to make our Easter so much special this year
The food was superb and the service was excellent. We will continue to come every year from here on in. The staff was very professional and friendly. Thank you for making our Easter dinner a year to remember
