We just returned from 10 days in a 2-bedroom on the newer "Grand Villas" side of the resort with our three children (16, 14 & 7). We are Diamond Resort owners and had seen mixed reviews about the property, so we weren't sure what to expect. Concierge gave us bad directions and we went way out of our way trying...

So close to Disney and all other attractions....Could walk to supermarket, drugstore and a different good restaurant IF you decided not to get a rental car. Have been coming here for more than 5 years. Love it! Just be aware that the "One Bedroom" unit is really the lockout for the two bedroom making that a 3 bedroom extravaganza. The...

We stayed in a one bedroom condo that was comfortable and spacious for two persons. It had a full kitchen with the exception of no dishwasher. The bathroom was very large with a double vanity, large shower and soaking tub. The king size bed was very comfortable. There are several pools, two tennis courts and mini-golf course onsite. There is...

We stayed in a 1 bedroom which was cramped for 4 people and the layout of the room was strange, but the 3 swimming pools along with the close proximity to Disney, Universal, SeaWorld and more made this a great place to stay.

We stayed here for 3 nights. My husband, three kids and I really liked it. It saved money for us because we were able to cook breakfast and dinner at the resort. Of course lunch in the Disney Parks and at SeaWorld are outrageous so this really saved us from having to eat out the whole time. There was plenty...

Cypress Pointe is in a very good location, we had a 2 bed in the grand villas, on entry to the villa the front door looked a bit tatty, and smelt musty when first entering. Size of the unit was very good and the condo had everything we needed, however we found the balcony and the table and chairs on...

Good resort, 1 bed units only suitable for 2 people. Everywhere was clean, new sunbeds around pool. Excellent location. BUT they offer $125 to attend a 90 minute timeshare presentation. Avoid this like the plague. These people will not take NO for an answer. They then get Rude, arrogant and will not let you leave, until a supervisor signs you...

My boyfriend and I have just returned from a two week holiday at this resort and had the best time! The resort itself is beautiful, very well maintained, spotlessly clean with lush green gardens and 3 lovely pools & jacuzzis. All of the buildings are painted (tastefully!) in different pastel colours and surround the pools. There is mini golf, beach...

We have stayed here before and loved it. Ideal location. Always book a 2 bed apartment, the one beds are too small. One thing you have to note. DO NOT SIGN UP FOR THE TIMESHARE! Massive hard sell, total pressure and the "guaranteed only 90 mins" is actually 2 1/2 hours minimum! Worst thing I've ever been to. When we...
