We just returned from four nights at the Villas at Wilderness Lodge. My family of 5 (4 adults + 1 child) stayed in a 2 bedroom. Overall, we were satisfied with our room, but it certainly can use some updating. It had a small, but fully equipped kitchen, which made having our breakfasts and snacks so much easier. My only...

A wonderful four night stay for an extended family trip (grandma and grandpa, four adults and three kids- we had a studio and one-bedroom villa between us). Positives: Above all, a truly beautiful resort. From the stunning architecture to the carefully rendered landscaping to the evocative soundtrack, it's pure Disney escapism. The lobby in the main lodge is simultaneously dramatic...

We decided to make a quick trip over to WDW for Mother's Day weekend. We wanted everyone to stay together, so we splurged and booked a 2 bedroom Villa at Wilderness Lodge. The overall feel/vibe of this place is definitely more relaxed and laid back versus other Disney resorts. You definitely feel like you're in the woods. The grounds and...

We spent a week at the Villas at Wilderness Lodge recently. They are undergoing renovations which look fabulous. Best views are odd number rooms. Even # rooms give you a less than exotic view. Be clear and make sure Mousekeeping understands your requests. Great evening activities. Fast service restaurant decent and reasonable. Good transport to and from.

We stayed here for 2 nights and wish we had stayed longer. The resort is beautiful and has its own feel to it. The quiet pool was nice. We did not like the food options to much. We enjoyed the closeness to Magic Kingdom. The main pool was fun. The geyser was something fun to watch. There was a water...

We have over 50 trips under our belts to WDW and have stayed at most of the resorts. We are now Disney Vacation Club Members and while it is more cost effective go stay here on points this is still our favorite location on property. For families or adults it offers a quiet respite from the packed hustle of the...

Stayed at Wilderness Lodge during February break on an exchange through RCI. (Our son is a DVC member and he stayed at Animal Kingdom for the same week) About a week before our arrival date I called the resort directly and asked if possible could we have a ground floor room nearest the main resort area due to mobility problems....

To start off I must first provide a disclaimer. I am a Disney Vacation Club Member. I would never pay out if pocket to stay in one of these two or three bedroom villas if paying out of pocket Disney prices. With that said using my vacation club points I though it was of decent value. Right off the bat...

We stayed at the Villas and had an accessible one bedroom villa on the ground floor, overlooking some grass, trees and a road. Prices were exhorbitant, in that we paid about $650 with taxes a night which we knew ahead of time, but were celebrating a special event. If you need mobility accessibility, know what you are getting into. Magic...
