Pretty new hotel. Perfect and comfortable for my quick business trip. The hotel and room was clean, the staff was very welcoming and friendly. Valet had my car by the time I got to the lobby. Also it's centrally located to entertainment and major highways.
There's a new hotel in downtown Orlando - a Hilton Garden Inn and Home2Suites together. Great location if you're doing business downtown (as I am) or just want a central location to chill. Although it's valet parking only, the parking folks are highly motivated - Morgyn, Nick and all of them - even in the Florida heat and humidity. And finally the breakfast is first rate - Shay and the others are focused on making our experience a pleasant one. I've stayed here three times and am a fan. Maybe you'll find it to your liking.
Booked prepaid room through agent Premium balcony with partial ocean view was basically parking lot with far away obstructed ocean view. Slow check in. 14 dollar parking fee after paying for premium room Required $50 deposit used my credit card for all purchases except one coffee run and at the end they kept deposit plus, 56 dollar charge on my account. Add to that the AC that only worked intermittently, tiny bathroom without fan will definitely chose a different hotel for our next cruise out of port Canaveral
We had a wonderful experience only downside you have to pay Valet to park in the hotel . Location was good. Hotel new and clean . Staff was friendly. Only stay for 1 night but will recommend hotel and will stay again
Stayed here recently while in town for an event. Room was clean and staff was friendly and helpful. I would have rated much higher but the breakfast service was terrible. They arranged for it to be restaurant service but have it staffed like a free buffet service. There was one person working full time and a couple of helpers. They needed a hostess to seat, 2-3 servers, and someone to bus tables. Overall it took 1:45 minutes which is just ridiculous for breakfast. I could have gotten my car from the valet, driven somewhere else, eaten, and come back faster.
Robert (security) was exceptional. An asset to your company and should be promoted as fast as I post this review. 10/10 experience here and will be back forsure. Robert should train every new employee based on his coustomer service and hospitality.
Worst Hilton I’ve been too. Housekeeping stole our property and manger did nothing about it. The only nice thing about this hotel is the Starbucks! We have filed a complaint and will be taking it a step further so everyone is held accountable!
Lenin Macias was so helpful with our vallet parking, and very friendly and knowledgeable. Shantel at the front desk was SO nice/genuine, and helpful! This hotel was convenient walks to the night life and clean.
Last night our flight home was cancelled at 3am. Called 15 hotels before this one, all booked and rushed me off the phone. Ryan answered, was very professional and helpful. He remembered us when we arrived and knew we had been at the airport waiting for 9 hours. He got us water bottles and checked us in quickly. He was great
Had an excellent stay! Super comfy bed and the best pillows! Hige shout out to my friends in valet, Oscar, Omar, Carlos & Jack! These guys, kind AF! The bartender at the happy hour lounge was pretty sweet too, even though she isnt 420 friendly. 😂🤣😉 (Neither is Florida, <yet!> so, no lighting up!) should you visit, be sure to tell them NOLAJenn sent ya! Ciao!
