Lavi was exceptional with her customer service and patience! She truly made my check in process a smooth one & for this being a first time stay with this property? I’m excited for another return. The room was GORGEOUS & my partner was very satisfied with the overall time that we spent at your property for our celebration (Anniversary). Thank you tremendously Lavi & Aloft team! Warm regards, Marcus Anthony
The property was very clean, I loved the layout, design, and amenities in the room. The lobby bar and pool table were great as was the snack bar. My only gripe was that on my first night, after driving for several hours to get there, I tried to shower but the water just wouldn't heat up. I let it run for a long time hoping that it would eventually warm up but there was no hope. If I waited any longer I would be late for our dinner reservation, so I took a cold shower. I was in room 325, which is on the far end of the building, I don't know if they were pipes or what but in the middle of the night there was a clanging noise that woke me up several times. It sounded like someone or something metal banging on the pipes loud enough to wake me from deep sleep. These two details marred what was an otherwise great experience.…
Our stay was quite not bad at all. Staff members were professional and the room was clean. Not far from Universal Studios. The pool area was clean and this location is near to few restaurants which are walking distance comes in handy if you don’t want to drive
The hotel was very clean, the staff were very nice and helpful. The only thing that we did not like was the set up of the room. The room is split in half, so beds on one side and bathroom on the other. The shower is open right as you walk into the room and there is no door that you can close to block the shower. So as you step out of the shower, anyone that walks in will get full view of you. The toilet is past the shower and thankfully has a sliding door. This makes it really uncomfortable if you are not staying with family and aren't open to seeing each other naked. Also, the hot water takes forever to heat up and then goes from super cold to scalding hot and fluctuates during the shower.
Just wow. What a stay. For our 10-year anniversary, my wife and I had an entire trip planned at a resort on the other side of town. That place messed up everything, so we left and spent a couple hours searching for a replacement place to stay. We finally came to Aloft. We were super stressed about changing all our plans, we didn't call ahead, we just walked in and were greeted by Nebraska. From the second we met Nebraska, our entire trip turned around for the better. Welcoming, friendly, polite, helpful. She got us into a beautiful, clean, contemporary room (this ain't your daddy's Mariott) with excellent water pressure and a lovely view. The bar in the lobby is first rate, and combined with the billiards table and saline swimming pool, it's the coolest, sharpest hotel hangout either of us have ever visited. Everything in Orlando is 15 minutes max from here, including multiple walking-distance restaurants. And seriously affordable for the amenities, which is rare in this town. What a cool place to stay. Our anniversary trip was almost ruined, until Nebraska and Aloft.…
