Our stay was awesome from the time of check in until our departure. The entire staff were courteous and professional. The front desk managers were very friendly. The food service manager and staff went above and beyond to provide excellent service. It was if they anticipated our needs. When I looked around to locate items they immediately came over to assist without me asking. The biggest testament to their (food service staff) credit was a school arrived unexpectantly and there was more than enough supplies to accomodate everyone's needs. Every area of the hotel was extremely clean. I love the installation of the commercial, natural air scent added to the hotel's common areas.

This property is brand new and sits in the high class area near a mall and a lot of new condos. It stands out since its inside some really run down neighborhoods close to Universal. I stayed here since its proximity to Universal is about 2 miles away. By Uber, its about a $12-14 dollar ride. It’s probably one of the nicest properties I have stayed in for a Marriott. Not only are the rooms modern and huge, there are full kitchens with dishes and pots and plates. There are plenty of outlets and chargers in the rooms and the lobby area is sleek and modern and includes a small bar area and a good sized continental breakfast area. The pool area here is nice, includes a kids area with games, good sized full pool and a nice seating area. Really worth the stay and I would highly recommend this property as one of the nicer hotels in Orlando off property from a theme park.…

The place was really nice. The staff was helpful. Sean was a hero and came to help us get the grill going so we could enjoy it one night. Only issue we had could not be taken care of right away due to part issues and scheduling conflicts with allowing staff in to get the work done.

The hotel is located right next to the Millenia mall. It's sparkling new, has a helpful counter staff. They helped me with my requests and they were done on time. I didn't know that they did the room cleaning after a 24 hour request, but they helped me out and got it done within 2 hours. And the cleaners did a great job as well! The rooms were sparkling clean, had a great work station, reasonably well furnished kitchen with new appliances. There was a counter cum tabletop for eating, and the sofa was very comfy to sit on. Bathroom was great, with a walk in shower area. Their pool area was great with a large plus sized area with Palm Trees, and reminded me of the pool of Grosvenor House Hotel in Dubai. Outstanding! Only suggestion I could make is: please make the legs of the small dining table a little less sharp, as we scraped our legs on it several times. Other than that a superlative stay!…

I have to really let you and all guests know how wonderful Jose (supervisor) breakfast was. There were at least 100 plus guests that moved through the breakfast area l, dropping stuff, didn't know how to use waffle maker and he even was running the toaster to declutter the area. His patience and willingness to help the guest was well beyond reproach, thank you sir for reminding us what tru customer service is. Sorry, your staff was great too.
