We absolutely loved this hotel for many reasons. The only drawback was the lack of food options. The hotel really needs to open all restaurants. We took a bus, and then the sky liner on 2 occasions to eat at another Disney property. We took an uber to Walmart for groceries. We couldn't book reservations at any other property, which was a huge disappointment. The hotel restaurants were on the expensive side. We did eat at Mercadas one evening. The hotel is beautiful, but it's a huge place. We stayed in the Destino towers. We will definitely be staying here again. We are hoping all the restaurants at this resort and the others will be open at that time.

I am delighted to hear that you enjoyed your stay with us, Denise! If you didn't have an opportunity to dine at Three Bridges Bar & Grill, I would definitely recommend it for your next visit. The views are absolutely spectacular, and I'm pretty sure I could eat their Curry Hummus every single day—yup, it's that good! Thanks for sharing your review! Quinn Disney Social Reviews

Stayed during COVID. Excellent service. Great cleaning and distancing. Half the resort was taken up with NBA bubble but that wasn’t too bad, limited running routes though. Pool had activities for kids. Great water slide and space.

I was very disappointed in this resort for the following reasons. -I had a car service drive me to the resort from Sandford and my room was in the back of the resort. We arrived at midnight and did check in on the phone so we were able to go directly to the room. They wouldn’t allow the car service to drive me to the room and made me and my 8 yr old walk half a mile to our room. -The first night was awful because our neighbors were extremely loud the the walls were poorly insulated which kept me up starting at 4am. -The room was half a mile from the main restaurants/lobby and i had to walk 1mile round trip for food with no service to pick you up, yes walking in the pouring rain! -I ordered uber eats the next day thinking they will come to the room but they weren’t allowed and due to a private event i ended up walking 2 miles total before i found my food and returned to my room. -they had one bus running for the resorts so you wait for over an hour for transportation to the parks! Positive -The pool was nice and the restaurant there was great. The life guards were so professional and I felt very safe with my child swimming! Great job in that area. They cleaned everything continuously. I will never stay here again. The cheaper resorts are way nicer and less walking! Don’t waste your money here.

While Disney's Coronado Springs Resort is an absolutely beautiful property, it is quite large and spread out. I'm truly sorry for the disappointment that was caused by your room being located towards the back of the property. It may interest you to know that some of our larger properties like this do offer a Preferred Room category, which ensures your room will be close in proximity to key areas like the lobby and dining locations. Of course, if you book a Standard Room you can always make a request for the location of your room, and our Cast Members will do their very best to accommodate it. However, that Preferred Room will ensure that close proximity. Now, something unique to this particular property is the Tower Rooms, located right inside Gran Destino Tower, which allows you to take a quick walk to the lobby, retail shop, and several of our dining locations without ever stepping outside. I do appreciate you taking a moment to share your review, Jessica. I apologize that your visit wasn't the magical getaway you were anticipating, but I hope one day you might consider giving Coronado Springs another chance. Quinn Disney Social Reviews

This hotel is simply beautiful. They took the care in making everything as breathtaking as possible. Basic hotel room, nothing fancy but definitely did the job. Plus, the TV welcomes you by name when you check in! Rix Sports bar was also an unexpected treat for breakfast.

I couldn't agree with you more, Melanie! I've always found this property to be beautiful, but the addition of Gran Destino Tower and Three Bridges Bar & Grill definitely took it to another level. I could spend hours just walking around the pathways and taking it all in. Thanks for taking a moment to share your review. I hope we'll be seeing you back again soon! Quinn Disney Social Reviews

I’ll start by saying that this hotel is beautiful. I love everything about the way it looks. The overall theme is gorgeous and definitely feels more updated and luxury than CBR that I stayed at last time. I loved my room. The grounds are beautiful. I can’t say enough about that. That being said, this resort is freaking HUGE. It’s no joke! I love walking and it’s usually never a big deal to me. But I had ordered an Uber when leaving and the hotel didn’t let me know that they can’t come back to the room sections to pick you up .. I was in the Ranchos building in the farthest point of the hotel and found out when my Uber arrived that they wouldn’t let him get me! Just a pain in the a** to walk that 5-10 minute walk to the lobby carrying luggage and a backpack in the Florida heat! Lol. Luckily my driver was super cool and waited for me. That reallllyyy sucked though. If I could give one piece of advice, update the beds! They are so soft and squishy that they hurt my back. And maybe let the Uber drivers come and get us from where our rooms are. Other than that, it’s perfect!! Will definitely stay again! 🐭🌟.
