Our third time staying at Disney's French Quarter Resort. It never disappoints. Quaint grounds and friendly staff. The onsite cafeteria-style restaurant has a good selection and ample portions. Even though the resort has over 1000 rooms, it never feels crowded. Good access to Downtown Disney with the ferry boats. Disney Transportation buses worked very well: comfortable with frequent service. Airport...

We've visited Florida ever since I was a young girl and have always stayed in villas. I will now always stay in a Disney hotel especially the French quarter! I was so amazed when we walked through the doors into the main lobby and was greeted by the receptionist to check us in. I was amazed at where I was!...

We went in January when the cold front hit. The Dragon pool was closed but they were so nice and had a golf cart to take us to a different pool/hot tub/play area Disney's Port Orleans Resort - Riverside and WOW we loved it more than the dragon so ended up happy it was closed. And the pool slide was...

Good hotel, it would be fantastic with some renovations. Bed was a nightmare, saggy and so uncomfortable. No soundproofing what so ever, I could hear every toilet flush. We stayed on the river side, so you can hear the boat horns till about 11:30, I'm a river rat so I didn't mind that, but others may not care for that....

Port Orleans, French Quarter at Disney World is a great place. The Grounds are small, but you will have no problem getting to bus or boat. Rooms are always very clean and the staff were excellent. Always ready to go out of their way to help with anything requested. Stayed here one other time. So worth staying on the property....

We stayed here for the first time in Jan. 2014. We had two fears about POFQ: (1) the allegedly long bus routes through PO Riverside; and (2) the rooms at POFQ open to the outside rather than a hallway. Those fears were unfounded. Over 6 days of riding the buses, we never once stopped at PO Riverside. Most of the...

We stayed here in late January. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. A couple of attendants outside actually entertained our kids with jokes while we waited for our airport shuttle on the way home. Speaking of traveling home, our boarding passes were printed for us and were waiting outside our door the am of our departure. Little things like that...

This was our second WDW Marathon Weekend stay at Port Orleans French Quarter. We decided to call this resort home again because we love the relaxing feel of the property. The grounds are beautiful and quiet, and it is small enough that you can get wherever you need to go within POFQ fairly quickly. Although the rooms are fairly standard...

We found the Port Orleans French Quarter rather expensive for a 'moderate priced' hotel. While it kept with the French Quarter feel, there was little entertainment, the food didn't reflect the atmosphere and was 'barn-like' in feel, likewise with the bar, and we really felt we didn't get value for money. I guess the good news is that you don't...

We have loved this hotel and this is our 4th stay at this resort. This time we were in town for the Marathon weekend. This was not our favorite stay and don't think we will come back. We were there for 5 nights and not once, did they refresh the shampoos and soaps. We had to call the last night...
