My husband and I just returned from a 5 night stay at the Lodge. We didn't want to leave! The north wing was convenient to the Roaring Fork quick service location and bus transport. We experienced very little hallway/inter-room noise on the 6th floor. The staff were helpful and friendly. The room was clean and we loved the upscale lodge...

Overall a nice hotel. The decor and surrounding grounds really give you a feeling of being in a lodge in the middle of the woods. Location is convenient to Magic Kingdom -- just a quick bus ride or boat ride away. Just make sure to get in the bus/boat line a little early if you want to make that first...

We are big fans of the Wilderness Lodge. It is the only hotel we stay at when visiting Walt Disney World. Our last visit was in 2010, and we noticed changes not for the better then, they were even more evident this time. We booked a 1-night post Disney Cruise stay and asked for an early check-in. We called and...

We have stayed at most of the resorts on property. This one is very nice and is very close to Magic Kingdom. Check-in went well. We had pre-loaded the new magic bands but they were still working out some of the bugs. The Whispering Canyon Café was not very good. Waitstaff just couldn't seem to handle being busy. The food...

This was our third December in a row staying at the Wilderness Lodge. We had a great time. We have two young children (3yr & 10mo) and spend most of our time at the Magic Kingdom, so the Willderness Lodge is perfect for us. We never had to wait very long for a boat. The Lodge is absolutely gorgeous at...

As a general rule, when we are going to the Disney theme parks, we book one of the Disney hotel rooms too. The convenience is well worth the extra price you pay. Wilderness Lodge's theme is executed with the result of a beautiful giant log cabin-style building complete with huge roaring fire and a stream which empties into the pool...

With temperatures in the 40's and constant rain, the Wilderness Lodge was in its element. Fireplaces roaring and heavy coats all around, it felt like we were in the Northwest. This was cool (pun intended) but something to remember if you intend to catch sunshine in Orlando in January. The fast service restaurant is decent yet expensive and crowded which...

Walking into the lodge is an adventure. You just have to look up and see the lobby. It is an awesome sight! They are very serviceable from the moment you step out of your transportation until you leave. We have used the front desk, concierge, restaurants and gift shop and in each place they are there to make your stay...

We stayed at Wilderness Lodge for 6 nights in Jan, and truly enjoyed the hotel. It was great to have such close proximity to Magic Kingdom where we could just hop on the boat to get to and from the park easily. We also used the monorail (which doesn't run to the hotel, but you can connect to through taking...

From the grounds, to the lobby, to the rooms, Disney's Wilderness Lodge is a beautiful resort! The lobby itself is just stunning! We are annual Disney visitors, my husband, myself, and our kids who are 10 and 8 yrs. old.,and like to stay at different places each year. This was our first stay at this resort and we were very...
