We stayed in November. Both restaurants were top notch. Check in/out very easy. Rooms are the small compared to other Disney Deluxe category properties. Great heated pool and slide for the kids. Reminds me of Yellowstone park. Convenient to Magic Kingdom by water taxi. This is the best value for a deluxe category. The lobby is amazing, especially decorated for...

First time at the Magic Kingdom. More than we expected. Wilderness Lodge is a child oasis. Lots to do. Characters abound. Easy transportation to the parks. We didn't have time for everything. Staying on property is a perk. Extended park hours a plus.

We stayed club Level at this resort and loved it. The staff was so nice and the room had everything from hidden mickeys to wilderness animals all over! The food was excellent and the pool (while nothing extraordinary) had a slide that amused my 8 year old & the geyser that went off every hour seemed to keep my 5...

We had a fantastic stay at the Wilderness Lodge. The theming was the main reason we chose to stay here, but we were happy with every aspect of the property. The lobby is just as stunning in person as it is in photos. The staff was very friendly and helpful, check-in was efficient, and we too had an issue with...

The Wilderness Lodge is a beautiful resort, with a gorgeous lobby and pool area. It is a nice break from the parks, but so convenient to MK via boat. The staff was friendly and efficient. They quickly fixed an error in the dining plan charges that occurred at another location. My son loved the water slide at the pool and...

Thoroughly enjoyed our family stay here! Thought the theme was wonderful, the staff friendly and the lobby beautiful! Would recommend booking a room near the lobby, as we did not and after a long day in the parks, it seemed like a very long walk!

Gosh I love this hotel and can't wait to return. The attention to detail is splendid. The atrium is beautifully designed and massive, creating a breathtaking charm. There is a smaller quieter pool round the side away from the main one. The artist point restaurant is a quality place for a special meal. It is set in woodlands. A short...

We were upgraded from Port Orleans Riverside to this beautiful deluxe resort! The convenience of the water transportation alone made the trip even more special! The staff were outstanding from the moment we arrived til checkout! The pools were fantastic and a welcome relief for all that park walking! Simply wonderful!

First of all, we are not "Disney Bashers". As a family (myself and my 3 sons and their families), we have stayed at Disney Hotels over 250 times in WDW, Disneyland and Disneyland Paris. We were at WDW the first month it was opened, although we had to stay outside the Park. One of my sons is with the Disney...

We stayed here recently on our first trip to Disney. We were not real familiar with other Disney lodging properties, but my husband had seen photos of the lodge and said he would like to stay there. Upon our arrival, we went straight to the online check-in desk, since we completed the online check-in. We waited for approximately five to...
