One of Disney’s best Disney world hotels in a great location for walking to both Epcot and Studios. Plenty of entertainment on the Boardwalk, good restaurants and bars. A room facing the Boardwalk have the best views.
Stayed at the Boardwalk Inn Resort for 8 days. Our room faced Hollywood Studios and we could watch the fireworks in the evening from our balcony. Location was prime. Able to walk to Epcot and Hollywood made the trip plus all the other activities that take place on the boardwalk were convenient. Hotel was clean. Room was cleaned daily and the staff always took our daughters toys and had them around the room doing funny poses when we got back in the evenings. They even took a towel and put Disney headbands around them that the girls had brought to organize them. Room seemed spacious for the 5 of us and I like to have my space but being out of the room everyday and coming back tired I think that may have contribute to us not bothering each other. I cannot wait to come back and this location is always going to be a contender.…
very nice place. You can walk to Epcot, and also the Disney Studios, and now take a new Gondola Ride in oct 2019. Although I have not stayed in the rooms, I have seen photos, and they are very nice. I have stayed in 12 resorts, but the beach club and boardwalk area is my favorite. I am going back in December again this year. You will love it…
If you're going to Disney, you can't beat the location of this hotel. The parks and the transportation are all very convenient. Our room had a balcony that overlooked the Boardwalk activities, which was very nice. Our room was clean and kept very clean by a very good staff for our entire 6 day stay at this hotel. We would have given 5 stars but one issue was the lack of a true hotel restaurant within the hotel. Yes, there are several places to eat on the boardwalk, but most didn't open until dinner hour. For lunch, we found just one sit down restaurant close to the hotel, the ESPN bar. No problem with the restaurant service or food, in fact we had wonderful service. But, we had to stand in line for 30 minutes, outside in 90+ degree weather just to get a seat for lunch. Many people eat at the Boardwalk restaurants, so they are all crowded, with long waits to get food. If you plan on being at the parks all day, lunch won't be an issue for you on the boardwalk, however, we had a mobility issue, and chose to be at our hotel during the hot part of the day, so it wasn't convenient for us. The hostesses at the boardwalk hotel also commented they found that situation strange for guests of the Boardwalk Inn too. We did stay one night at the Dolphin, and we enjoyed the lounge and food inside of that hotel, where we never had to wait to compete for seats with anyone but the Dolphin guests it seemed. Otherwise, the Boardwalk Inn is a nice hotel for people with good healthy legs.…
Our room was spacious and super comfortable, and in a great location near the quiet pool. It had the cutest little private garden in the front—what a delight! After walking our feet off all day, we slept well every night. And you can’t beat the location, about a 10-min walk from Epcot. …
