One of Disney’s best Disney world hotels in a great location for walking to both Epcot and Studios. Plenty of entertainment on the Boardwalk, good restaurants and bars. A room facing the Boardwalk have the best views.

Stayed at the Boardwalk Inn Resort for 8 days. Our room faced Hollywood Studios and we could watch the fireworks in the evening from our balcony. Location was prime. Able to walk to Epcot and Hollywood made the trip plus all the other activities that take place on the boardwalk were convenient. Hotel was clean. Room was cleaned daily and the staff always took our daughters toys and had them around the room doing funny poses when we got back in the evenings. They even took a towel and put Disney headbands around them that the girls had brought to organize them. Room seemed spacious for the 5 of us and I like to have my space but being out of the room everyday and coming back tired I think that may have contribute to us not bothering each other. I cannot wait to come back and this location is always going to be a contender.

Thank you for your lovely review of our Resort. The spacious rooms and convenient location make this the perfect place to call home during your vacation. Having varied dining and entertainment options so close in addition to Epcot and Disney’s Hollywood Studios make this Resort one of my favorites as well. I’m happy to see you enjoyed finding smaller magical surprises in your room as well, like the Housekeeping staff rearranging your daughters’ toys in fun poses. We look forward to welcoming you and your family back for another enchanting visit in the future. AJ Disney Social Reviews

very nice place. You can walk to Epcot, and also the Disney Studios, and now take a new Gondola Ride in oct 2019. Although I have not stayed in the rooms, I have seen photos, and they are very nice. I have stayed in 12 resorts, but the beach club and boardwalk area is my favorite. I am going back in December again this year. You will love it

If you're going to Disney, you can't beat the location of this hotel. The parks and the transportation are all very convenient. Our room had a balcony that overlooked the Boardwalk activities, which was very nice. Our room was clean and kept very clean by a very good staff for our entire 6 day stay at this hotel. We would have given 5 stars but one issue was the lack of a true hotel restaurant within the hotel. Yes, there are several places to eat on the boardwalk, but most didn't open until dinner hour. For lunch, we found just one sit down restaurant close to the hotel, the ESPN bar. No problem with the restaurant service or food, in fact we had wonderful service. But, we had to stand in line for 30 minutes, outside in 90+ degree weather just to get a seat for lunch. Many people eat at the Boardwalk restaurants, so they are all crowded, with long waits to get food. If you plan on being at the parks all day, lunch won't be an issue for you on the boardwalk, however, we had a mobility issue, and chose to be at our hotel during the hot part of the day, so it wasn't convenient for us. The hostesses at the boardwalk hotel also commented they found that situation strange for guests of the Boardwalk Inn too. We did stay one night at the Dolphin, and we enjoyed the lounge and food inside of that hotel, where we never had to wait to compete for seats with anyone but the Dolphin guests it seemed. Otherwise, the Boardwalk Inn is a nice hotel for people with good healthy legs.

Thank you for dropping by to share a review of your recent visit to Disney’s BoardWalk Inn! With comfortable and spacious accommodations, wonderful Cast Members and the convenience to both Disney’s Hollywood Studios and Epcot, I’m thrilled your visit was truly memorable. Even though your visit was enjoyable, I’m sorry you found the dining options along the boardwalk to be lacking. May I suggest during your next visit, traveling to Disney’s Yacht & Beach Club Resort to enjoy their Quick-Service dining options? I sincerely appreciate you sharing this feedback. We can’t wait to welcome you back home for another memorable visit real soon. Zoey Disney Social Reviews

Our room was spacious and super comfortable, and in a great location near the quiet pool. It had the cutest little private garden in the front—what a delight! After walking our feet off all day, we slept well every night. And you can’t beat the location, about a 10-min walk from Epcot.

What time do they serve snacks on the concierge level? Are the rooms nicer?
I would say that the rooms are not nicer on the club level. The rooms are all decorated the same. Same linens, toiletries, etc. Some rooms will have better views or more space depending where they are positioned. But you can have one of the nicest views and largest rooms that is not on the club level. This is based on my experience from staying at the club level of the beach club across the water from the boardwalk hotel on a different trip. There are non-Disney websites that can tell you which room numbers are the biggest and have best views for each hotel. Really the difference of the club level is the service and food that is included with your room. They have a cast member posted on the floor at a desk who can help with any and all reservations. The food is good and available without paying or waiting inline or having to leave your hotel floor (or maybe just an elevator ride up or down one floor) So you are paying for convenience, even better service (which is already great in general because it’s Disney), and included food options. The food is in small portions, and bite sized pieces.

I don’t know the exact difference between a Standard and Featured Room, but I can say that, (if the sofa is indeed what makes it different), depending on your family’s needs, you may like or even require the sofa, which flips into a daybed. I love this feature, but my family tends to relax in the room at least a little bit during the day, and we have two kids who don’t sleep well together.

You HAVE a reservation for a DVC Studio, and where I’m confused is that when you made your reservation you had to specify the view - Standard, Garden/Pool or Broadwalk. Which was it ? -Garden/Pool is near the elevators or -STD & Bwalk are along different corridor alternating with the 1 bedrooms so to make a 2 bedroom suite if one is requested. Also, you want to be near the small pool. Their small pool is in front of the Community Ctr; the Bwalk has. Is it open? Don!t know. If you’re a family w/small kids, can’t say if a life guard is there. The main pool has small alcoves; best to use your phone’s GPS and drill down on the Bwalk Resort. It’s best to call Disney to ask where the studios are on the floor. Get room numbers for the desirable location you seek. In old days, when you checked-in online, there was a space to type in your request. Best to ask Disney, how you do this now. FYI -you can see the Epcot fireworks if your room faces Epcot and is at the end of the (long) hallway (Standard view). -you can see Hollywood Studios fireworks if your room faces HS and is along the hallway (Broadwalk view). Enjoy.

We stayed on the Inn side, so I am unfamiliar with the villa side. I know their balconies do have tables and chairs on them to sit and enjoy the views and a cup of coffee! Enjoy your trip.

Do the garden club 2 story rooms have a couch that makes into a bed?
I assume you are referring to the Garden Suites that are on the first floor and included in Club Level amenities. Yes, on the 1st floor there is a pull out couch, and a king sized bed on the 2nd floor.
