I've been staying here for the weekdays since December. It's my home away from home. The staff has always been very nice and helpful. I can't even give specific names because they've all been great. I definitely recommend it here. Only downside would be the paying for parking but they do have security so it's like you're paying to keep your space safer. I love that you can bring your pets so it feels more like home.
We originally had a reservation for a different hotel, but I read that it was closed the day before we were supposed to stay there. This hotel met all of our needs. The staff and management were patient and kind while helping us with our crazy situation. The rooms were clean and gave us plenty of space to spread out. My kids loved the pool, and we were almost the only ones in it every time. There was a breakfast snack you can pick up every morning in place of a continental breakfast. I am very appreciative of the staff and their friendliness. The location is also super close to places to get food such as Papa John's and Steak and Shake.
This property is so horribly maintained. It’s absolutely dirty. The windows might have been cleaned decades ago.. it had green fungus molds. I found tiny bugs in the set of clean towels. My son and I had breathing problems towards the end of our visit. I wondered what was triggering it. We were perfectly healthy when we were outside enjoying places but the moment we got in the room we had itchy throat and heavy breathing problems, to the point we had to use nasal sprays. Please protect your health and book some other place. This place is not cheap to be maintained so unhealthy
We have booked this hotel in the month of NOV 2021 for 5 days. This is an apartment style living hotel which we loved. Very close to Disney World. We always book our hotels near to the destination as we travel with kids who are very energetic and cannot wait to get to the destination. Coming to the hotel, it's home away from home. It's like a studio apartment. We never saw a hotel providing the kitchen utensils and cookware, but here I was surprised to see all the utensils. They provided utensils for a 4 member family. Plates, Bowls,Spoons,Forks,Knives,Spatula and cookware. We also had a coffee maker and small coffee machine, instant coffee packets and sugar packets. They also gave dish liquid, kitchen towel rolls 2. Complementary breakfast is available. Due to COVID-19 we are not allowed to sit in the breakfast area, one person can go pick all the food. I don't know about pre COVID-19, but during our stay we got a simple breakfast like Bananas, Orange Juice, Cupcakes and Oat Meal Bars... Luckily we had one store nearby where we got Indian groceries. We bought rice, lentils,Ready to use curries and some Rotis. WiFi is available in all areas and is free of charge. Dry cleaning with Additional charge, Common Laundry with Additional charge.Room were maintained very clean.Very friendly front office. They have shuttles to get to all parks of Disney and Universal Studios. Very easy to check out. We just called the front office and told them we are leaving. No need to drop the key. We kept the keys as a souvenir :D . We enjoyed our stay at Sonesta and would love to book our stay with them again!! Would definitely recommend this hotel to everyone...…
If you are looking for luxury do not stay here. While it is one of only a handful of places in Orlando that have two bedroom suites with two bathrooms it is definitely in need of room renovations. Upon entering our room the first thing we noticed was the stains on the sofa cushions so bad my kid did not want to sleep on it, the stained carpets and the totally outdated curtains. We love our morning coffee and brought our own coffee but the coffee pot heating pad was totally rusted out and we did not feel comfortable using it. The front desk gives out a flyer that says only one person per room is allowed to go down and get breakfast so My 16 yo son went down and was only given enough food for three people even though we had 5 people in our room which he explained but it didn’t matter he was only allowed 3 muffins. The beds were awful..very loud and squeaky when we moved or rolled over, not pillow top but had a strapped on cushion to mattress, just very old and in need of replacement. NO ELEVATORS, you must carry all of your luggage up the stairs which is not mentioned on their website. The front desk and lobby area is not impressive at all it looks more like a nasty convenience store, with one person serving guests so the wait time at 10 pm was quite long. I do not think i would stay here again but on a positive note, the A/C worked perfectly it was nice and cold and the property was somewhat quite after 10 pm quite hours. It worked for us bc we weren’t in the room that much.…
