This hotel has the best service i have ever received in the USA. Everything is expensive here; food, drinks. The pools are not that nice. But the beach is fantastic. But above all the hotel was wonderfull and like i said the service was exceptional. You cant go wrong here.

My husband and I went away for a long weekend to celebrate a special occasion. We stayed at the club level on the 14th floor and really enjoyed our stay and but for one small outing into town, we ended up not wanting to leave the hotel. The pool attendants were attentive and the club level service, food and drink...

Here for a work trip. My room on the 7th floor was clean and comfortable, everything I would expect at a Ritz. All the staff is excellent and very helpful. Had breakfast and dinner at Terrazzo and it was all very good, if not a bit pricey.

We were staying just a short walk down the beach from this property last weekend and took a stroll down for lunch and cocktails by the pool. They make a delicious Miami Vice and Mango daiquiri. The lunch options were tasty, with the enormous chicken wings being my favorite. All of the staff was extremely helpful as is the case...

Visited here for a work event. Great facility, amazing location and typically high Ritz quality service. I wish I had been smart enough to bring my family here when the kids were younger as this seems an ideal upscale family vacation spot. Great for empty nesters, too:) Right on the beach with fun bars like Gumbo Limbo and an upscale...

When getting to the hotel we were greeted by the doorman with a smile on their face. Check in with smooth, the room is older but very delightful. The hotel could use an update but it was classically elegant. The Savichi at the pool restaurant was amazing. They are definitely overpriced on their drinks. But hey it keeps you on...

An excellent meal – plush, elegant dining room, impeccable service. My Stone crab appetizer was pretty good, but the Dover sole was fantastic, absolutely one of the best I've ever had. However, at $62 for the sole, $10 for the potatoes and $12 for the green beans, it was a pretty damn pricey plate. That said, if you have the...

We came into town for a wedding and booked a suite at the hotel. It was very nice and I liked the fact that you could close the door from the sleeping area to the living room area because I was not feeling well and my husband wanted to watch tv and it did not disturb me. The wedding took...

Stayed for 2 nights in February. Beautiful accommodations. Clean, generous space, upscale throughout the room. My view was of a rooftop and duct systems, but the gulf was just beyond it. Make sure if you splurge for Gulf view that you get as high a floor as possible. Pool was clean. Beach was nice. ALL parking is valet, so coming...

The hotel is totally dominated by conference & convention traffic and is extremely large making it seem very impersonal. The staff was very good and they did go above and beyond on services and grounds are well maintained/beautiful. The beach is also nice, but the beach equipment(chairs, etc) looks like it's been in service since the Vanderbilt's owned the beach....
