I stayed at the Naples Grande Beach Resort for a weekend and I have nothing but good things to say. Our room was clean and beautiful. The pool area is huge and staff are friendly and helpful. There are many dining options within the hotel. I had delicious sushi downstairs at Mant

We had a very great time . We had friends and family at the pool for the day and the staff was great. Clearly one of the best vacation spots in Naples. This was our 15th time here! The walk to beach is very cool on the boardwalk, or take the tram.

The hotel is in a fabulous location. Proximity to shopping and general location is good. Was surprised that the beach was a 20 minute walk away (5-7minutes by shuttle). The lobby and restaurants are beautiful. The pools are nice. The rooms are severely dated. The amenities and f

Good Day, We are disheartened to know we did not exceed your expectations as we strive to provide our guest with a memorable experience at the Naples Grande. Thank you for acknowledging the location, pools, lobby and restaurants as we strive to provide our guest with the finest facilities. Although, the beach is not directly on property, We provide a shuttle service that is approximately 3 minutes to the beach on our beautiful boardwalk surrounded by mangroves. Thank you for providing feedback on the rooms and furniture as we are versatile to today's trends that always seem to change. We want to thank you for the feedback you have provided because it is only through feedback that we may continuously improve upon our facilities and services. We hope you will give the Naples Grande another chance with a return visit in the near future!

Is the drink service on the beach? Thanks!
There is a beach bar. I am uncertain if they serve on the beach.

My family and I were there a few years ago and had 2 very expensive suits. The furniture and carpets were in very poor condition - stained and worn out spots. Have the rooms been redecorated? Are there any suites with two queen beds not one bed and a sleep sofa? Thank you. Linda Velleco
Yes updated for sure , all rooms were following the hurricane. I was impressed for sure with the rooms . We had two adjoining rooms 2 queen 1 king and 3 balconies.

I am considering a stay at Naples Grande next February but I am confused about the different room grades. My travel agent says that all rooms have good views but I saw a review on TA that showed a Double Balcony room looking out mostly on the hotel roof tops. I understand that the Coastal rooms are on lower floors and the Signature Gulf rooms are higher up. I am not particularly bothered about being higher up and the upgrade price is quite high but I want a decent view not overlooking a roof or car park or the highway. Can anyone help with our decision?
Keep in mind you aren't directly on the beach so any view will have some rooftops, however, all the views are lovely and you won't be spending that much time in your room...too many great things to do in Naples!

We've stayed at Naples Grande at least a dozen times the last 10 years and plan to be there in a couple weeks. We would love to hear from recent visitors how the beach is with all the news about the "red tide". It is a concern for us
When I was there last weekend I was pleasantly surprised that the immediate area where the trolly leaves you was fine-no sign of any issues. But when I walked about 150 yards north on the beach, the water from the mangroves was dumping into the ocean and it was brown. If I can, I’ll add a picture I took of the beach.

I am spending one night there. The day I get there I will be spending pretty much all day at the spa (yeah!) - then checking out the next day. Is it ok to spend a few hours at the pool on check out day since I will miss out on the day I get there? Can I throw my suitcase in a back room somewhere so it doesn’t melt in my car? Just wondering what the policy is. I figure I will be dropping around $1000 for one night, (with the spa and dinner ) asking for a few hours at the pool isn’t much to ask.
We do the same thing every check out day. We spend the day in the pool or beach and they hold our luggage for us and give us access to the gym to use the showers afterwards.
