This is a tough review to write because the staff was so very kind. The concierge was awesome, every employee super friendly, the valets always courteous. They are doing a great job with hospitality. The beach is lovely and the view excellent. However, there are some problems. 1. Breakfast service is very SLOW. leave lots of time for it. 2. Most of all, the property is just very, very tired and not well kept. We stayed here because it was listed as one of American Express' Fine Hotels & Resorts properties. It is the only resort in Naples listed, other than the Ritz Carlton. It and the Ritz are not anywhere near the same category. The housekeeping was below average in details--dusty baseboards, smudged doors, etc. There's paint on door hinges, paint on handrails, holes in the walls in the dining room and vinyl wall panels that are gaping, peeling paint, rotted exterior wood, rust outside in places, water damaged ceilings in the spa waiting room, beat up elevator doors, and a dozen other signs of poor workmanship. The quality of the care and upkeep were a true disappointment and it definitely doesn't deserve to be listed alongside the Ritz at this time. These excellent employees deserve a much better facility.
Short stay at this great resort on our way from Key West to Orlando. This is luxury high-end living all the way. the moment you arrive and have you bags taken directly to the room and the valet parking take your keys there is nothing else to do but enjoy the beach, the bars and the great food. Throughout the stay the service was fantastic and if your want to push the boat out in Naples this is the place to stay. The only reason for not giving full marks is the unreliable wifi. Just so annoying in this day and age.
Had a lovely meal at Baleen and beautifully looked after by Lauren who provided a wonderful example of how customer service should be done. Great food and amazing location looking out over the Gulf. Just a great location to spend an evening. Keep up the good work.
For $600 a night you should get a lot better. Sunny weather will only cover up so much. Everyone is nice but the property is tired, the food is marginal, and outside dining is booked way in advance on the weekend. We got $75 a day in resort credit but that's basically 4 overpriced drinks. It's to only reason you'd ever eat here is because you feel obligated to use your credit.

The beach was nice but there was red tide when we were there and I believe it’s still there so it made it hard to enjoy. There was also a lot of seaweed on the beach that needed to be cleaned up. We didn’t really swim in it but we did enjoy hunting for shells and relaxing in the chairs.
