Perhaps the nicest RV resort we've stayed in to date. Great facilities. Near 2 golf courses (Lely and TPC) that were just fine to play. The resort being half empty at peak season (March) tells me they want to sell (or have sold, and perhaps owners don't rent?) vs. rent to short-termers like we were; I can only hope they'll...

We stayed on spot 15 facing the canal, next to the boat ramp, across from the clubhouse, infinity pool and pickle ball courts. The lot was very private with tall hedges. We felt very welcome, absolutely everyone was very nice. Our Golden Retrievers got lots of attention and made friends at the fenced dog park. We loved the main pool...

Great facility and welcoming owner and renter group. We love our stay as everything one needs is a short distance away including Marco Island and Everglades City. Tons of restaurants nearby, a Publix and Fresh Foods too. Location is about 15-20 minutes southeast of Naples downtown. Only drawback is they are limiting it to first time renters for 21 days...

Thank you for the excellent review. We really are glad that you were able to take advantage of the many area attractions within minutes of the resort. Naples Motorcoach resort is a very unique property and we want to expose these benefits to as many people that we can before the lots do sell completely out. Safe travels,

This is one of the prettiest motorcoach resorts. 3 pools with lovely clubhouse and 3 pickle ball courts. Water access. ONE PROBLEM, NO ACTIVITIES DIRECTOR WHICH MEANS NO ACTIVITIES. This to me was very disappointing, particularly, if your looking to purchase somewhere in the area.

Called this Resort about available time for 2 motor coaches. Sites were available so we went and did the tour and were satisfied with the grounds but then we were going to make the reservations we were informed our friends coach at 34 ft ( minimum length is 35 ft) was too small for there Resort so we had to...

Very clean resort, like new. Entry gate for security, and easy to maneuver through park. Sparse landscaping and not much privacy between pads. Easy to get a satellite signal. Management doesn't provide picnic table at site. No campfire. Cell phone signal good (t-mobile). Poor wi-fi signal connection, and inferior speed even when compared to other campgrounds.

We located on the canal side, next to boat launch in December. Sites are very spacious and either laid pavers or concrete pads. Landscaping provided between most sites for privacy. Many mullet found in the canal. Not much activity up or down canal. Site 15 located immediately across from tennis/pickleball courts, pool and clubhouse. Very peaceful and private. Staff friendly...

During the last two years we have had the pleasure of staying at three of the ten RV resorts namely the Naples Motorcoach Resort, the Silver Palms at Lake Okeechobee and the Petoskey Motorcoach Resort all owned and managed by Sunland RV Resorts. What a first class operation. From the beautiful, private, gated entrances to the professional and friendly staff,...

“There really isn't a bad site here. Of course the ones on the lake and nearest the clubhouse/pool are the most expensive. Some back up to the gulf access and have piers. Basic WIFI is free (perfect for email) but they also a couple of higher speed options for additional cost. They also have free basic cable.”
