I love Naples and especially the Regatta. This is a great place for a family vacation or couple's getaway. The location is perfect - near Vanderbilt beach, The Mercato and across the street from The Ritz (which tells you the location is pretty decent). The complex looks beautiful from the outside as well as the inside. We had a water...

Awesome location blocks from Vanderbilt Beach. Two pools, one of which can be crowded. Large, somewhat dated condos that are fully equipped. Definitely recommend units overlooking the quiet marina. Very easy to work with premier Southebys the rental agency. Perfect for families with kids..

We just returned from our holiday visit to Naples. This unit is in need of a full make-over! Peeling wallpaper, dirty walls, washer and dryer on their last legs,.The kitchen did have everything you need. The televisions must be 15 years old. Pillows(totally flat) and mattresses are horrible. This unit is large but something has to make it worth the fee...

Planted a chair under the door knob every night..All TV's are over 10 years old. With the...

We rented a lovely 3 bedroom condo with a sun deck overlooking the smallish pool which was mobbed daily by many families. No place to actually swim and so noisy! The posted pool rules were never enforced by security or management which is unfortunate. One early evening the throngs of children had diminished and I was able to swim a...

We loved the unitvwecwere in on the 9 th floor- we could see the gulf Snd the bay, three bedrooms made it possible ti being whole family. The pool area are small and sun only goes on one side of the area so everyone crams into one side- there were some unpleasant situations over saving beach chairs on more than...

We just returned from a four week stay at The Regatta. It was the perfect location, size, and has everything we needed to feel at home there for the month. We walked two and a half blocks to Vanderbilt Beach, which is a beautiful beach but crowded unless you walk down a ways. There are two pools at the Regatta....

Great location. Minutes from the popular Vanderbilt Beach and a short car ride to many excellent restaurants. Gorgeous pool, which was quite busy in December. I'd stay here again. I really enjoyed my time here. The units are all individually owned so the suitability, cleanliness etc will depend on what you pick. We worked with Caron at South Bay Realty,...

We stayed in Regatta II, Unit 405. I would stay here again in a heartbeat. This was really lovely, and the owners were easy to work with. 1. Location: Two short blocks from the beach - we walked to it and watched the sun set every night. One block from the Ritz Carlton (hello, delicious restaurants!). Starbucks is 1.5 miles...
