Had the pleasure of staying at the Coconut Cottage recently or as we like to call it, a trip to Africa. All of the rooms there are a theme. The owners are travel writers and now inn owners so there you have it! It was a great visit, the room was very comfortable with a huge bathroom. The food was...

To whimsy upon this folly was a highlight of our trip. Entering the immaculate home you are transported across continents with an eclectic display of objet d'art from years of the owners travels. A very warm hearted host with a passion for her guest house. The most comfortable bed I've ever experienced. A quality breakfast tentatively served. Well done Nancy.

On the spur of the moment (two days out), my husband and I decided to try to head to Mt. Dora for the Renningers Antique Extravaganza this past weekend. We were sure we'd never get a reservation, as that weekend is generally 'sold out', but as luck would have it, we ran down the list of the top rated B&B's...

Great experience for our 3rd anniversary. Our first time to mount dora and first time at a b&b. I called with questions and never felt like a bother. Wish we had stayed longer. Very friendly people, good food, lavish rooms. Definitely would recommend.

We enjoyed a weekend escape to Mt. Dora and stayed at the Coconut Cottage Inn. Breakfasts were excellent and the innkeepers were engaging and helpful with suggestions. We stayed in the Asia Room which had a nice enclosed sun porch and a whirlpool bath. (Not the same room!) The inn is within a few easy walking blocks of the shopping...

Nancy and Gary made our stay the very best. House is beautiful, great food. Would have loved to stay another day just to hang with them. Great people!. My kids came to visit me there and Nancy and Gary treated them like family. My husband left his luggage at the inn and Nancy and Gary said not to worry and...

A perfect July 4th, eventhough it rained on & off. The Inn is beautifully decorated, each room with its own "destination" decor. One room is African, another Indian...or Asian, each very tastefully done. Breakfast was great, the hosts were very gracious and enjoyable. The guest house is in the historic center and is very central to all the attractions, for...
