Considering I've traveled to some deprived countries and stayed in some pretty basic or even somewhat dodgy places... I never expected the worst ever place I've stayed to be in USA. This pace stank of weed, it was ridiculously noisy, we had to wedge furniture in front of the door as the door frame and casing were lose so security was a concern. Had we not arrived in the early hours of the morning with only 6/7 hours of stay planned, i would have left immediately. I was even tempted to sleep in my car in a car park just up the road! Avoid this place, it needs a full renovation and some new cleaners hiring!

Missing clothing/tourist trinkets from room - helpful staff searched room again upon my email request. No housekeeping so won't blame the maid. Second room key floating around? Rooms rented by the week and month attracts a criminal element. Security an absolute must when I'm a shopping tourist.

The room it was all dirty, floor, walls , everything!! Since early morning people from the staff were doing something on the hallways making a lot a noise!! speaking out loud and throwing objects to the ground causing a rumble all over my room, finally at 10:50 am was a woman from the staff who came and knocked on my door screaming check out!!!! until i had to open the door because she was knocking like crazy!!! when i opened she said check out give me the key (not good morning not nothing just like that) i gave her the key she repeated me Check Out! And left, 10 minutes later when I was dressing up to different women from the staff enter the room screaming check out! when they saw me I was half naked they came out fast. This is a really horrible and nasty place!! not recommendable ! If you are in Miami stay away from this place Worse place to stay in Miami!!!

I had a one-day layover in Miami and decided to pick this hotel due to low price. Boy, was that a mistake? Even the Uber driver who dropped me off said to me, as I left his car, "Good luck." I didn't want to be judgemental in any way upon arriving, because this looks to be a family hotel. The people at the front desk are very nice. My problem was the cleanliness and the room I stayed at per se. I do not know if all of the other rooms look like the one I stayed in, but just for you to have an idea, there are 2x4's holding the bathroom window together, one of the bedroom windows is broken, the TV only plays 2 local channels (even though they say they have cable). But you won't be able to change through channels because the remote control doesn't work. The TV sits on this broken down desk that looks like was bought at a Good Will store 30 years ago. The bedroom curtains are thin and smaller than the windows, so forget about privacy altogether. The bathroom was so dirty that I only took a shower because I REALLY needed to. Still, I did so with flipflops on. I'm not kidding, there were even things written on the bathroom walls! While there, a guy from extermination knocked on my door to spray for roaches. I asked him if the room didn't have to be vacant before they sprayed any chemicals. He said, "you will change your mind once you start seeing roaches." So I let him in to spray. Once that happened, I couldn't stop itching. I had already put 2 towels down on the bed to attempt to fall asleep until my time was up to head back to the airport, but as you may have already guessed, I left before that could happen. I should have never left the airport altogether. Even finding a place to eat around there was a struggle. The only thing close by is a gas station, about 4 blocks away. If you want to eat real foods you need to take a Uber. I didn't feel safe staying in that part of town either... it was such a bad experience! I kind of feel bad writing this review because like I said, the people are really nice, but I think they should spend some of the money that they make from the business to invest back into their business. Other than everything I said, everything else is great. Lol

This place is poorly maintained, with dirty entry ways, rooms, and bathrooms. Paint peeling is found with great frequency, and the floors should not be walked on in bare feet. Stay away, for our own health and sake!
