I was there feb 6th to the 9th 2021 . On the day of the check in I went to checked in at about 3pm and then went out came back late and as i entered the room was a bad smell so I was getting ready for Bed and I was looking for my sandal and Kneeled down near the bed when the smell got stronger it smelled like 💩 so I decided to look under bed and it was a dirty diaper and a lot of debris under the bed! I went to front desk and they switched to another room (smaller) offered me a 20% off my stay and guess what! They never gave me the discount. When I went to check out I asked the receptionist about it she said she didn’t know and the manager was not there so they will call me. 2 days after never got a call so I called and the receptionist told me my discount she can give me was $19 dollars 😡😠 and she was very rude and gave me an attitude over the phone, i asked for manager she said he was not there !!! Very bad Never will stay there again!!!…
Our family checked in this eve for a quick overnight before heading to the Keys. Upon arrival, we noticed how dirty lobby area was, especially the floors. Customer service was terrible as well at front desk. But the worst part was the condition of our room. Clearly it had not been cleaned. Carpet still dirty, dirty bathroom countertop, hair in sink, dirt and hair on nightstand, stains on bedding, who knows if our sheets were even clean?! Absolutely unacceptable! The manager and staff should be ashamed! We will never be back.
They were renovating the motel, breakfast was a joke, Oreo's and muffin. I'm not 5 years old, room was old and stinky. Only slept one night after arriving from Turks. Customer service was not nice. Wont stay her again.
Don ended up helping me out when I returned to my room and my key stopped working. I ended up being locked out of the room all night. Turns out the door lock just decided to become inoperable entirely, and she showed extreme dedication and care to try to solve the issue throughout all hours of the night. She even offered to place me in another room in the meantime, but I declined because I didn’t want to create more work for the staff and I wanted to retrieve my items. Either way, she had a wonderful attitude, great customer service skills, and communicated to the supervisor and maintenance, ultimately solving my issue and getting me into another room. I can’t express enough how much I appreciate her attention to my issue, and the follow-on staff for handling my needs. Definitely apart of what contributes to the positive energy at this hotel.…
Staying just one night for a layover. Researching hotels close to airport, I made sure to check the website for the hotel, and not trust the third party vendor info. I found the expected not all amenities may be available in covid disclaimer, which mentioned food, so I wasn't too surprised to see only a breakfast bag available (they don't make this clear at the desk however). However, I had made sure that a shuttle was available and on their site, it continues to state that it is available 24 hours. When we arrived at 1030 pm to the airport, the hotel informed us the shuttle does not run after 10 due to covid. We had to uber to the hotel, a short distance, but their lack of transparency prevented me from factoring this cost into my decision on a place to stay. When asked who we talk to, we were told a manager would be available in the morning. In the morning, of course, no manager available. The desk clerk tried to tell us the website had been updated, but i was still able to pull up the 24 hour info (see picture). The shuttle (on demand according to website) was theoretically available but not available to us until 9 am. Room was fine for the night. I dont care if you have to change your amenities for covid, just be clear on those changes....…
