Definitely a case of "you get what you pay for". Small dingy rooms. Low quality everything. In desperate need of updating. TV worked some of the time. Just do yourself a favor and spend your money elsewhere. Only good thing was the superb location.

Definitively the uglyest place I've ever been. Our so-called King room was a tiny, filthy room with poor furniture, old and chipped. The toilette was small and uncomfortable with a nice cockroach waiting for us. The wooden floor was missing in some spots. The Guy At reception , a certain Muzio, was unpolite and rude, refusing to help in Any...

I stayed here 15 years ago at which time I was very impressed and was very much looking forward to coming back. We stayed in two different rooms since there was construction next door and the noise was excessive in the first. Both rooms we equally in need of renovating. The marble tile in the bathroom is cracking and the...

The rooms are not as good as the photos show them to be, still quite dated but clean, location is good, just minutes away from the craziness yet very close to the beach, walls are paper think so you here the people next door, staff are nice, it's a great fix for one night but more than that you will...

THE ROOM Our room was - compared to the hallway - quite ok. There was no fitted carpet, it was quite clean and functionally furnished. The bathroom was big enough and clean aswell. The design is poor, the room sure is no oasis of well-being. For one night with not spending any time at the hotel except to get some...

I trusted my gut after reading the bad reviews and decided to book this hotel for 4 days in July 2015 and I have made the best decision! Affordable, great location, friendly and helpful staff, clean and the beach is literally 2 steps away!!! I will be staying here again!

A nice hotel in Ocean Drive Avenue. Organized and comfortable rooms. The decor follows the typical Art deco style from Miami. Close to many dinners and shopping places. You can know differents places without driving! Excelent cost-benifit.

This is not a five-star hotel, and it's not marketed as such. Like many South Beach hotels, there's virtually nothing to do at the hotel itself: it's a place to crash after you've gone to the beach, shopped, eaten, drunk, partied etc. For those who would complain about parking, I would like to remind you that this is perhaps one...

The only thing this hotel has is its location: 5 minutes from the beach. Unfortunately, booked for 5 nights....what a mistake!. I am not someone who cares about how a room looks, but I do care about cleanliness. The linen was grey and dirty, we got the impression that the sheets were not changed, they were so wrinkled, grey and...

The Good: The hotel is very close to the beach. Not beach view but right next to a walking path and open green space. The hotel is at the very end of the strip but close to a couple restaurants nearby. The art deco of the hotel is sorta cool but... The Bad: needs rennovated. Many finishes looked banged up...
