We wanted a quick and relaxing getaway for the weekend. We were blown away by everything from the moment we checked in until the second we checked out. The customer service is above and beyond on every level. They asked ME at check in if I needed a late check out to accommodate our departure time at the airport-this is unheard of by a hotel! Our room (a studio suite) was huge and impeccably maintained with more than enough towels, pillows, soap, lotion, etc. Room Service arrived at the time they estimated on the phone. Every restaurant had food that was amazing and conscious of my daughters celiac allergy at all times. The 4 pools all had super comfortable lounge chairs and there was never an issue trying to find an open chair every day. The spa was beautiful and relaxing, all 3 of us had de-stress massages that lived up to their description. This hotel wrote the book on how a hotel should be run on every level. We can't wait to return!…

I recently stayed at the 1 Hotel in South Beach and it was hands down the nicest hotel I've ever been to. The moment I walked into the lobby, I was struck by the amazing scent that was present. It was truly memorable and added to the overall luxury experience. The staff was fantastic and went above and beyond to ensure that my stay was comfortable. The food at the hotel's restaurant was also exceptional. I had the impossible burger and it was the best burger I've ever tasted. The rooftop pool was another highlight of my stay. It was the nicest and coolest place to be, with an incredible view of the beach. The rooms were modern, cool, and extremely clean. Everything was in perfect condition and the attention to detail was evident. Overall, I had an amazing stay at this hotel and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Miami.…

I recently stayed in this wonderful property for a few days and I can’t say enough of the hospitality service they provides. Hands down to Carlos from IN ROOM DINNING. His service is impecable. He made me feel like at home. He was very friendly and went above and beyond. I highly recommend this hotel.

I had the best service at the rooftop bar, Caitlin, Mira and Noelle all greeted me and were attentive my whole stay. The manager Dwight also made sure my meal was to my liking (I had the steak bowl, it was delicious). The next day at sandbox Orlando suggested a wonderful passion fruit mojito and the manager Leo checked in on me to make sure I was enjoying my time at the pool. I can’t wait to come back!

Dined upstairs at the rooftop tonight. Food was great. Spencer took care of us and did a fantastic job. He made us feel so welcome and just made the night. Highly recommend this place. If you do go ask for Spencer. 5 stars.

I had cocktails at The Sand Box with my friend, and our experience was truly amazing. The level of service was genuinely unmatched. Caitlin made me one of the best old-fashioned's I have ever had... So I had to have two! Then when I wanted to switch to Gin, Orlando gave me a rundown of his favorite and recommendations, and I was not disappointed. The icing on the cake was the manager, Luis coming over to ask how our drinks were, and I had a lovely conversation with him beyond that. It seemed like the staff truly cared about your time spent there... Sometimes at lux hotels, service can be hit or miss... In this case, it was a hit, and they went beyond what I would have even expected at this caliber of hotel... and I will absolutely return to visit Caitlin, Orlando, and Luis!

Went for a Babymoon. Truly a luxury experience. Amed at the beach bar was a great guy and made the best drinks. The stay was fantastic and the service was truly the best experience we’ve had at a hotel. Highly recommend.
