We stayed for 1 night, not cheap, we were in room 102, this had a lovely view of the garbage bins and no privacy so the curtains remained closed, this enhanced the doom and gloom of the room. Dirty and uncared for room, me and my husband got up , we didn't sleep, to leave as early as possible. Breakfast...

Just around the corner from Ocean Drive, this hotel is ideally located. It has good sized rooms and an outside seating area. We were particularly impressed with all the staff, very helpful and friendly, nothing was too much trouble. Breakfast was juice, tea/coffee and toast which was totally fine to start the day and the dining area is beautiful

This hotel is a bit dated and rundown as I read in other reviews but for the price I decided to give it a try. I was not disappointed. For me it was easy to overlook it's shortcomings primarily for its location. Everything in South Beach is within walking distance!! This was my first trip to Miami so admittedly I...

Cute courtyard and good location. Dumpy, crappy hotel. The bed felt like it was handmade by 2nd graders after too much sugar. It was squeaky and rickety. The whole place is rundown. Room was clean but everything looks old and rundown. Staff is nice. Short walk to a great brunch.

This hotel is in a good location for Miami Beach and the historical art deco area, but the hotel seems run down and uncared for, yet the staff are very good. The first impression was bad. Dirty, small outside area before reception, no lift, we just wanted to turn around and go elsewhere, but this was not possible that late...

So I booked this hotel in South Beach recently via their website 2 weeks in advance (so they had my credit card number). Our 12 hour flight arrived around 8 pm and we immediately headed to the hotel. We were pretty tired from traveling. When we arrived at the hotel the check-in person informed us there were no more rooms...

We spent two nights at the Harrison Hotel. It is well situated close to Ocean Drive and Miami Beach but it is quiet. The staff were friendly and efficient. However, the hotel is seriously in need of refurbishment. The carpets are long-overdue to be replaced and the bedroom furniture is dated. There was also a musty smell when entering the...

We were so disgusted with the room that my girl just booked us another hotel and we got the hell out of here in a few hours. Smells like mold. The whole place is nasty as hell. I felt like I was going to catch a flipping disease being in this place. I can appreciate an "antique" hotel, but this...

I dislike some comments that state you get what you paid for or this is what you deserve at this cheap rate. Even at $150 a night, you should have a clean, pleasant hotel stay. I stayed here for one night before a cruise. The outdoor area does have a lot of potential, but it needs constant cleaning because of...

Avoid at all costs, the smell hits you as you walk in (a damp horrible smell) and doesn't leave you. Kept my shoes on at all times in the room. Carpet disgusting, Bathroom grubby! DO NOT STAY HERE AT ANY COST!
