This is a small, older hotel. The rooms are small, but the bed is comfortable and there is a small alcove with a cabinet and a counter for the microwave, refrigerator and coffee-maker. Everything is scrupulously clean. Dishes and other kitchenware are available in a utility room on the upper floor. Coffee and danish/croissants every morning in the lobby and...

We stayed here to go to the music conference in March and it was perfect. The lady who runs the hotel is very friendly and will go out of her way to help you do whatever you need. She is so helpful. The hotel is 2 mins walk from North beach, not far at all from South beach a small...

In short, I would describe this hotel as basic but clean. If you are looking for a nice comfortable place to crash that is very close to a public beach and very reasonably priced then you will probably enjoy this hotel. This hotel is located in North Miami Beach so it is not in the most touristy part of Miami...

$96 double room with own bath and coffee and buns in the morning. Good rooms but staff a bit disorganised. Everything does work out but you do wonder how. Very clean, on the bus route if you have no car, parking around and about if you do.

My husband and I stayed at the Baltic Hotel for our 39th wedding anniversary. Christina, the owner was so nice and friendly and helpful. Our room was small, but very clean and well furnished. The bed was so comfortable. We would definitely stay there again if we go back to the area.

My 20-year-old son and I stayed here two nights and loved it. The beach was literally two blocks away, the room was comfortable, and our host was an angel, loaning my son her personal laptop so he could Skype with his girlfriend when he discovered he couldn't use his own computer, because he had inadvertently left his power source in...

The Baltic is a nice, small (10 room) hotel in low-key North Beach, only one block from the beach. You can tell by the architectural details that the building is older. For example, the bath is tiny by modern standards. But everything was freshly painted and clean with relatively new furnishings. Our room included a coffee maker and microwave. The...
