The location of the hotel is excellent. On the day of our arrival check in went smooth and although we were there way before check-in time they were able to accommodate us quickly. The poolside area of the hotel is undergoing a major renovation. Guest can use the pool next door

We are currently undergoing phase 1 of our renovation and once complete we will proceed to the main building, the new changes are anticipated to make a significant difference in the appearance and feel of the rooms and throughout resort. This is our 2nd year staying here. We loved the rooms and the service from the time we arrived this past week. The service from John the Valet attendant was EXCELLENT!! He went well above his job duties and very friendly! We recommend people to visit this hotel!

Hi no it’s not the greatest for those with mobility issues. A few steps at front to foyer and a small flight down to pool. Lifts small and we found them unreliable. Also there are steps in the hotel lobby area to get up to breakfast/outside area. Stayed here Dec 17.

Penthouse suite has three bedrooms. Two full baths. Then there is an unlisted suite white combines a king suite and a single suite, which has two rooms and two full bathrooms.

they call them "bungalows" but they are 2 story units i prefer the oceanview suites on the 5th or 6th floor
