First and foremost, Barbara has the best customer service skills. The day we checked out there was a group in front of us that complained to her for 20 minutes that South Beach was extremely loud and too noisy for them. I almost fell out laughing because really...how could she make SB quiet? She was sooooooooo patient, reassuring, and just...

The good: Check in was quick and easy. They were helpful with all our luggage. Location was great for South Beach. Rooms were clean. Staff was courteous. The not so good: Blinds would not close and staff could not help. Noise from the street was really bad, all night long. I wish I had been warned that memorial weekend was...

We stayed here as a family of four for three nights for New Year. The room was excellent with all facilities that you would require. The cafe frontage is a pleasant place to be. The location could not be better. You are one street from Ocean Drive and as central to all other attractions such as the Art Deco area...

I had an awesome stay at Jetset Franklin. Very clean and comfortable hotel. The staff was extremely friendly and accommodating. (Freddy is the absolute BEST!! MANY THANKS to this guy.) There is another lady whose name I cannot recall who brought coffee and condiments to my room early per my request. She did not want me to wait until 9...

A nice hotel that has an art theme for each room. The room we stayed in was clean and functional. It was a good size with a kitchette. We were very comfortable. There was contruction at the time of writing, but that did not affect us as we stayed from Saturday to Sunday. Very well located. Very close to the...

Exceptional service and hospitality, central location, and immaculate accommodation. There's not much more that can be added to all the superlatives except that Barbara and Freddie are among the most helpful and personable front desk assistants we have ever encountered. This hotel and its amenities are precisely as described.

As others have noted, it is difficult to park near the Jetset Franklin. We used the valet parking service offered by the hotel next door, which cost $25 a day. A nearby parking garage was charging $30 a day for self-park, so we were happy with that. The hotel lobby was interesting, with a cafe and shops, as well as...
