Everything was top notch about this hotel. Beautiful, comfortable and clean rooms/hotel with great facilities. Luis was very kind to upgrade our rooms and left us a welcome note and a special amenity providing a warm personal touch. Every staff member that we encountered was professional, eager to assist and absolute pleasure to deal with. Service was prompt and no...

HOTEL’S FAVOURITE REVIEW

I'll keep it short, as I've reviewed The Palms many times. Still the same great service, still the same secluded, beautiful grounds and beach. The lobby and reception area have been updated, and they're absolutely gorgeous. We stay at The Palms every winter to get away from the Chicago weather, and I'm already looking forward to returning again next year.

Great Beach and beautiful pool area--beer and food served on beach. Dinning in the hotel is expensive, better to eat out. Close to restaurants and shopping -- Great service and valet - be prepared to pay 30 for parking. Hotel is geared towards middle age to older travelers.

The hotel is chic and comfortable and the staff is outstanding. We loved the amenities, the food and the atmosphere. The pool and the beach are just beautiful. Highly recommend it. This will be our hotel for future Miami trips.

We stayed May 9-13th 2017. How can they accomplish what they do? This is our second glowing review of the Palms and were surprised how consistently good this privately owned resort really is. We tend to get easily pissed-off by inferior service and I'm a little amazed how we never find things to be upset about here. It seems that...

The place was ok. Cons: rooms were small and minibar drinks are expensive including dining there so if you don't have a fat wallet stay away from it and go dine elsewhere for a lot cheaper and better. Bottled of water is $5 and coffee is $6, 2 burgers with a drink will cost you around $60, not worth it...

It was a pleasure to have you as our recent guest and we thank you for taking the time to share with us your feedback. We apologize, if you were inconvenienced by the added gratuity to food and beverage bills onsite; however, we are visited by many foreign travelers, who are not necessarily aware of the gratuity standards in the...

We stayed at The Palms with our 2 kids (5 and 11). We got upgraded to the 8th floor, so we had a gorgeous view. If you travel with kids ask for a 'corner room', these are a bit bigger than the other rooms. The hotel is very cosy, with a warm tropical feel. It has a small gym but...

The Palms Hotel common areas were well-maintained and attractive, but there were some aspects about the hotel that could have been improved. We stayed for our honeymoon, and despite telling the hotel in advance that that's what we were there for, they put us in a room immediately beside the elevators. This was frustrating and a bit embarrassing for us,...

We had a wonderful time celebrating our 35th anniversary at The Palms. Everything was perfect. When we arrived, a bottle of champagne was waiting for us in our room. Everyone there was very nice. We had a couples massage that was excellent. The only downside is that the rooms do not have a balcony. Other than that, it was great!

I liked the ambience of this hotel and staff was very friendly. The room was great and the beds even better! The beach was convenient. This hotel is great for relaxing. The only negative I would say is that it's a bit far from the South Beach attractions. Not too bad walk to Lincoln Road, but walking to southern part...
