This hotel was the worst property that I have stayed at in a long, long time. Lets see where should I start. There were hidden fees in our initial booking that we weren't made aware of until checking in. There was no control for the a/c so the room was about 60 degrees and no blanket was provided in the...

The most disgusting experience I have ever had. They had bed bugs and termites and the stuff was just extremely rude. The check in took 2 hours, time that I could spend on the beach. I was called annoying and that "I drive them crazy" by the front desk guy (Antonio), after complained about having bugs crawling on my bed....

The best thing about this hotel is its' location. It is in the heart of South Beach, directly across from the water. The facility itself needs to be updated. It has an old European feel, which is good, but some modernization wouldn't hurt. The locks are old fashioned keys on a small fob ... very easy to misplace and very...

When ordering a taxi to go to the amtrak station, They called some friends of them Cubans that they do not look like being legal taxis, the Cuban woman lied to me saying that the Amtrak station to where I'm going is closed on Wendsday and that they will have to take me to another further north amtrak station (lie)...

Im a longtime traveler using Booking.com for many years now... but this hotel on South Beach Miami, beats them all...this Hotel is one big mass...ready for demolishing, but the friendly Staff is the best! they made us stay, specially the ladies behind the Cafetaria, really nice...I felt sorry for the hardworking front desk workers...they know the Hotel is bad, but...

Let's start with the bad things: No control of air in the rooms; no sign on the outside of the hotel door; elevator worked for only half of stay. Honestly, if you're looking for a luxury stay, this isn't your hotel. It's an older hotel so things are a bit vintage. The good things: location, the staff, the hotel credit....

Rather hard to find because there is no number or sign on the building. A small plaque on the counter inside states the name. At check in, the clerk (Maikel) was either overwhelmed or disinterested. It was a slow process. No one tells you how to work the quirky elevator, so guests just struggle. Room was okay, reasonably clean, but...

Clean rooms and the air works great and close to water. No frills but right across from beach. Close restaurants within walking distance. Staff were very nice. I would stay there again. Very vintage feel including an old elevator. I would stay there again.

The hotel is located right in the heart of south beach and there are plenty of restaurants and bars that are within the vicinity. As far as the room is concerned, it is very outdated and the only way to control the A/C is through the front desk.
