A pleasant stay at a reasonable price - essentially getting what you pay for. Was not expecting luxury and it was fairly basic as previous reviewers suggest. Location was close to the beach and close to clubs but with it comes the noise. Local prices expensive so worth walking to the supermarkets or pharmacies a short distance away. Rooms spacious...

We stayed at the Sherbrooke for 6 nights in April, my husband and I with my young nephew. From arriving almost 2hrs late due to a delay checking in was quick and easy. Mitch was so nice and welcoming showing us to the room and explaining everything. Our room was on the 2nd floor and huge! The room was plenty...

Terrific place to stay in Miami! Mitch the owner - and his sweet little dog - is attentive and plain awesome. You can't beat the location, which is one block from the beach. A pleasant surprise was memory foam on my bed - I slept like the dead. It could get a little noisy at night since you're right by...

Extremely noisy. and on top of everything the hotel owner/manager/housekeeper super rude and not apologetic about anything!!!! also said that he only changes the bed sheetes once every seven days and...

Compared to similar hotels in the area, the room was huge. My room had a fully equipped kitchen (Full-size fridge, four-burner stove, microwave). The hotel is located in the middle of it all. Collins Ave has many shopping choices, and Ocean Drive is one block away. The majority of attractions are within a 10 minute walk. Mitch and his dog made...

OK, so It's not the most salubrious hotel in the area but for a reasonable price it gets you right into the heart of the Art Deco district of Miami Beach and there is no greater fan of that movement than the owner Nick and his chambermaid poodle, both great characters The Sherbrooke is clean, tidy and very functionable, the...

This is more like renting your own condo rather than booking a hotel but I think for South Beach experience it's actually good. It's a fantastic option for travelers on a budget as it's not expensive yet in the greatest location, suites have fully equipped kitchens so you can cook yourself and have a free wifi. Suites are spacious and...

The staff was the rudiest person I´ve met so far. The only positive thing in this "hotel" is the location (if you want to walk, if you rent a car forget thos hotel). Once we get the hotel, even already paid for the first night at the credit card the staff (owner I think) told me he will not allow...
