This was my third time here. There are pluses and minuses..the pluses are location, relaxed vibe, great service, wine hour, free coffee and bikes..the negatives are small rooms and bathrooms, and minimal other amenities such as gym...Overall, we love it here as it doesn't have the crazy night life that other hotels have and the staff is so wonderful..only complaint...

We came into town for a bachelorette party, not knowing much what to expect, but the staff were so welcoming and helpful! The wine hour was a perfect touch to welcome us in after a long day of travels. The pool was relaxing and well kept, the beds were so very comfortable, and the rainfall shower was luxurious. Our concierge,...

My wife and I stayed there from Feb 15 till 18, we paid around $330/night and $20 extra for additional breakfast that doesn't include hotel fees. What we received in return is a joke. Room 328 with SLS hotel side wall view which means no view no light no sun no nothing. The breakfast is a joke, $20 include a...

Dear allous5, I'm so sorry to hear you didn't enjoy your stay! It is true that due to the proximity of hotels on either side of us, our King Deluxe rooms do not generally have much of a view. However, our Courtyard rooms look out on our serene and landscaped courtyard (and so do our Queen rooms). And while at...

My husband and I wanted to celebrate our 1st year anniversary that will give us a resort feel, give us a chance to get away from the Northeast and won't cost us an arm and a leg. I've been to Miami several times before and probably stayed in atleast 7 hotels BUT this has to be one of my favorite...

I really like the Surfcomber. It is located right in the thick of the South Beach scene, but it is a quieter, more laid back place. The rooms are small but very cute, decorated in 1950s furniture. The pool and beach were gorgeous. And the pool attendants had awesome customer service. Overall, it was very comfortable place to stay. My...

Stayed here for a few nights. Small rooms but bery clean and very well appointed. They offer a wine selection at no charge every afternoon for one hour in the lobby. The staff is super friendly. If u valet ur car here make sure u give them plenty of time to retrieve it. It took almost an hour on one...

Dear tloth, I'm glad you had such a great stay! There's some construction going on right now between the hotel and where our valet parks our cars so there's more of a delay - usually it takes 15 or so minutes but closing down part of 17th street has slowed our end of South Beach waay down (sometimes that's a...

Dear Jose B, I'm so sorry you had such a disappointing stay! We do have a mini fridge in the room (currently filled with minibar items, but you're welcome to use it for your own goodies - we only charge for what you consume), and though seating by the pool is on a first-come, first-served basis we always have room...
