The "superior" room had a huge noise from the restaurant's hood (it sounded like there was a helicopter inside the room), horrible showers, unprepared staff, the concierge did not solve problems or assist with anything (always with the speech "there is nothing I can do, sir "), the carpet was constantly wet and smelled musty, the phones did not work...

The hotel was 'Good', not 'Very good' but 'Average' is too harsh. Positives: Food; we went to a happy hour one afternoon and ordered a few 'happy hour bites' which were tasty. The waitress that served us that day was lovely too. Upgrade your breakfast as you will receive much better food; the breakfast sandwich was amazing. Location; the hotel...

lovely hotel with the best staff I have ever encountered on a hotel stay. Every member of staff was helpful, attentive and pleasant. They left us a lovely bottle of champagne to celebrate our 24th anniversary. pros - great location, superb staff, great garden and pool area with direct access to beach, great wine hour in evening and coffee in...

Amazing Experience, friendly and attentive staff. Spent majority of my time by the pool studying and not once did I need to wait to be assisted. Foxi and Natalie were amazing from beginning to end. Foxi was always looking out for my best interest. When the Miami sun became challenging he offered to reposition my umbrella; another day I snoozed...

Actually a nice Hotel in the perfect vicinity to South Beach Miami! Of course it is loud and not the best quality, but I would rate it Standard in the US and especially Miami. Only ohne Star because the Internet is just crap. You are sometimes not even able to send messages, FaceTime is impossible. Today this just ridicolous, I...

We stayed at surfcomber Hotel with two parents and two almoust adult Kids. We had a family room for 4 persons. The Hotel is located very good in the Art deco district of Miami Beach, all hot spots you can reach by foot, like shopping or ocean drive. The Hotel has a Pool with bar for drinks and Snacks. The...

Dear Reisebewerter123, Thanks so much for reviewing us! Most of the art deco hotels in South Beach are protected historical buildings (so are we!) so retrofitting rooms that were designed and built with a 1940s mentality requires a little creativity on our part. Unfortunately, one thing we cannot change is the basic structure of the building. However! We certainly can...

Great hotel, nice resort. A bit ridiculous one has to pay a 30dollar/day resort fee even if u don't use the pool that day... nice swimming pool , garden, bar, restaurants , lobby, nice rooms. No remarks. It was great but like everything in Miami south beach expensive.

What a fantastic hotel and lovely staff. They went above and beyond our expectations. We were given our rooms early, treated like royalty for the weekend trip and felt very welcome. The rooms are updated and very modern and clean as is the whole hotel. The pool and beach are steps away and exquisite. We celebrated a friends 40th birthday...

Let's start with the good stuff. A really beautiful art deco hotel with an amazing front facade, a cool reception and restaurant area and located in a perfect spot on Collins Ave, backing onto a fabulous beach. Easy 10 minutes was to Lincoln Road or down to Ocean Drive and being a runner I enjoyed the purpose built beach front...
