The hostess Barbie Jean is amazing! My husband was having problems with the parking and she helped us to find a valet. Also, she explained us about the place and suggested to try a happy hour And it was amazing! The view is to die for!!! Definitely come back here :)

I've never written a poor review on any business but The Mondrian South Beach was so bad, I feel that I have to. It started the moment we checked in. Our flight the previous day had been cancelled and we were arriving one day late. Upon checking in, they notified me that our reservation had been cancelled because we didn't check in the day before. Mind you, I had booked on Hotels.com and paid in full (almost $2000) and we had tried to call to notify them, out of courtesy, that we weren't arriving that night. However, no live person would answer the phone. They pretty much said, you need to work this out with Hotels.com, you are on your own. Secondly, I accidently left my laptop in my room when we checked out. I called when I realized my mistake and once again, no help. The security desk told me to email them a prepaid Fed-x, which I did for $180 to assure I had it in two days, and then I waited and waited and waited. It took eight days and numerous phone calls from me for them to ship my laptop, which I still haven't received. The level of service at the Mondrian South Beach is the worst. The people that work there, from the front desk, to the bartender, to the cocktail waitresses at the pool, have horrible attitudes. They honestly could care less about whether you are enjoying your stay or not. Super disappointing and will not return, ever. Love South Beach, but won't ever stay at The Mondrian again.…

I spent 3 days at the Mondrian celebrating my 40th birthday and it was amazing. The room was beautiful and so spacious and the staff went above and beyond. I spent the day of my birthday at the pool with my friends and it was perfect. I will definitely come back.

The service was amazing! We were there to celebrate my cousin birthday. Im frequents there for business and highly suggested this property! The food was awesome! The hotel was simply beautiful. Everyone was very friendly and angerlia did an excellent job!!!Will definitely return.

Carlos -The pool Boy was so accommodating and polite ,Anthony the pool boy was the best and helped me with all my needs ,Labron started my trip off with such a warm greeting and humble approach,Ashley was an amazing server ,with all of that being said I will forever stay at this hotel .The staff made my trip so great .Thanks for everything 🤍😇🏆Best Hotel stay ever the pool was clean and amazing.Rooms were clean and very comfortable.And Quinton made my last day here warm and relaxing.Thanks everyone!!

Stayed here with my wife and infant son. Downstairs it has the feel of a buzzy club. My wife was told that it was $300-500 to reserve a sun bed. And the valet gave me a weirdly hard time checking in with the family. But it's surprisingly family friendly. There was no problem getting sunbeds. Yes, there is a see and be seen atmosphere on some days, but on the whole it's pretty laid back. It's also in a residential area of Miami and there are tons of kids parks around. There is a Whole Foods around the corner and I saw several hotel guests getting food there. We were in a one bedroom apartment which was nice and spacious. We got a great deal on Booking.com. The only problem is the whole place could have used a deep clean. There were dust bunnies and stains which I'm pretty sure would come out. If this was done I'd have no problem giving it five stars.…

Andrea at Gaia Beach Club was absolutely amazing. We rented a day bed for our friends bachelorette and she made sure to make our experience amazing. She was attentive to make sure we had all the drinks and food we needed. She made the entire experience !! The place has a great vibe. Good music, good food, good drinks. Carlos also was great when we needed more towels or the umbrella adjusted. Thanks for the great experience 👰🏻♀️👯♀️
