I made a reservation and cancelled it well within time to get a refund of the deposit. 10 days after the cancellation, I still have no refund and had to open a dispute with the credit card company. Not fun.

Dear Mr. Plante, It's quite unfortunate that your bank delayed the refund to your account. Please note that following your cancellation of April 4th, we immediately refunded your account that week. It is then up to your bank to provide you with the credit. From our end-the funds were released on time and refunded. Cheers! Lupe Castillo

The Pelican is a great place from which to explore South Beach. It is well located across the street from Miami Beach and in the middle of the main drags. Fun just to sit in the Hotel's outdoor cafe and people watch. The hotel itself is modest, but clean and interesting. Each room is decorated differently in a theme unique...

We stayed in the "deluxe twin" room - but it was hardly what I'd call deluxe. Shabby, with virtually no desk or table to put on makeup or use laptop\. One window facing the wall next door. Blaring music but luckily the room air conditioner drowned it out! The location was very good - easy to walk further north and...

We had a great time during our visit to Miami South Beach. Justin helped us find the perfect spot right away and set up our umbrellas and chairs as we requested, the price included towels too. The beach was clean and not busy. The location was an easy walk from Collins Ave. We will definitely be returning here for our...

Everyone is very nice and helpful. The night time front desk man named, Derrek was the best! He helped us by looking up places and giving us address so we wouldn't get lost. We were only here for one night but we will be back!

A great boutique hotel in the heart of South Beach. If you are hoping to not hear any noise - you shouldn't stay in South Beach. My room was cute, clean and spacious. Frankie greeted me at the front desk every morning and was so helpful. The housekeeping staff was thorough and very quick. I loved the themed rooms. My...

I had stayed at "another hotel down the street" upon arriving in South Beach for spring break. I'm not a college student and miscalculated how crazy the week would be. Checking into that one was no good, we'll just say. Then I went to Key West for 3 days and came back to South Beach for my last night in...

I visited during the spring break season and I did not expect such a great service. The food was pretty cheap for the area and everything tasted incredible. I would definitely recommend it to others. Can't wait to visit again.

What a fun place to stay. Loved how all the rooms were decorated in a quirky unique style. Breakfast was fantastic each morning! Beach was easy to get to and having beach chairs there was great. And the location - we sat on the patio for breakfasts and again at night for cocktails just people watching - and the park...
