I cant remember precisely now, but all charges were stated prior ie $ per day. That was for beach towels and we certainly used them. All accommodation on South Beach had this charge. And of course we left a tip at the end of our stay for the cleaner (a gratuity envelope was left in the room for this purpose) not a European thing at all!! All Questions prior to arrival were answered v. quickly via email.
