Good stay on the beach during busy Presidents' Day week. Room was clean, bar had wonderful live Cuban music Thurs night - highly recommended! To top it all off night manager William Walker made sure we stayed hydrated after yummy mojitos at the bar. Thank you!

We stayed here for 3 nights on our way home from the Keys. (Feb. 12, 2017) Greeted by friendly staff, we were brought to a room where the TV didn't work, the A/C wouldn't cool and the shower did not produce hot water. Not a great view looking out the window either (over a bunch of rooftops) but then again,...

Overall, a very cool, fresh hotel. Clearly renovated to a high standard with some cool mid century furniture and nice artwork dotted around. Room was simply, but tastefully furnished - white, clean, comfy bed and cool mini-bar. Pool and cabana area not given enough justice with pictures. Lined with trees either side, nicely decked out with a bar and artificial...

Beautiful hotel, prompt friendly service (especially from William Walker the overnight housekeeping supervisor) and the best hotel restaurant I've eaten at in a long time. We will definitely come here again and make it a family tradition.

The Wifi of the hotel beach wasn't working but Clarence Edwards who works for Boucher Brothers found me a solution..Thank You! On another note..I was surprised to find out that I had to pay $25 for resort fees despite the Hotel advertising free chairs and Wifi on the beach.

My husband and I were on vacation and did enjoy the pool and beach. The first day an attendant at the pool gave me a trip advisor card with his name on it and asked me to do a review. This was before we had an experience at all. Solicited reviews like this cause problems. Food service was really poor...

A few friends and I headed over to the Nautilus Cabana Club for a day in the sun. Upon arrival, Gianni had us set up with a daybed. After escorting us over, Nathalie and Keisha quickly had us all set up with pillows and towels, as well as menus. We had easy access to the pool and were all set...

My family and I wanted to escape the cold, but needed a hotel with a salt water pool due to our daughter's eczema. Not only does the Nautilus have the only salt water pool in South Beach, but its staff have been amazing, especially Lot who watched over our lounge chairs while we grabbed lunch and our bathing suits dried...
