After about a month at the Mutiny, I can say that this place is truly a home away from home! Pedro Lopez at the front desk is awesome and I love the family friendly atmosphere. The food at the restaurant is very good and it’s an overall chill atmosphere. Cleanliness is nothing new here but I appreciate the post-COVID prevention protocols! Thanks for an awesome vacation and the ambiance💛
Avoirible room, lousy bar. Not much to recommend about this place other than location. Rooms are tired, friend was told they had a 2 bedroom suite, turns out second bedroom was sitting room with pull out couch. Reservations were made 2 months in advance.
I stayed here last week for 10 days and have to say I have never felt more like home. The staff was super helpful, the hotel was extremely clean, and all Covid measures were executed perfectly. I had a 1 bdr with balcony and I HIGHLY RECOMMEND! Full kitchen so I got groceries and cooked. THANK YOU!
The Mutiny Hotel is anything but a hotel. It is tired condos that are managed by a terribly run, inefficient and completely unhelpful staff. Their immediate answer to any question or request was "no". The pool heater was broken, they told us they would fix it and then when we checked on it again, we were informed that the part would not be arriving for another week. Not much of a FL vacation when the kids can not swim in the pool. The floors of the condo were filthy - we had to go buy a swiffer to clean our own rooms. The finish on the headboards were flaking onto our heads while lying in the bed. The bathrooms had mold growing in the grout of the tile - kids would not even go near the showers. The keys for the rooms stopped working every day requiring at least 20 trips down to the front desk for new key to access the elevator and room. Overall, if the staff could have at least tried to listen to our concerns; it would have made all of these issues and many more that we had more manageable for us as guests.…
From arrival until departure, time spent at The Mutiny couldn't have been nicer. The staff was more than welcoming which prevailed the entire stay. DiDi and her staff of professionals really know what true hospitality is from arranging rides, recommending restaurants and businesses to making the stay comfortable. The restaurant, Table 14, is a gem in itself with a delightful chef and manager . I have never tasted scrambled eggs like this before and being in the restaurant business, I can honestly say this. Although I do enjoy the excitement of Miami Beach, it is a real pleasure to unwind here by the pool and view of the bay.
