We enjoyed our room, it was very clean and well maintained. We did have a problem with some of the staff at the cafe. When they found out we didn't speak spanish, they where very rude and nasty. We where charged for food and the cashier tried to keep the receipt. The food never made it to our tray, I'm glad that i asked for it so I could get my order completed. Even when I asked for a bottle of water, I was given a hard time, The water is free for members but these ladies didn't seem to care.I guess for a excellent time here you need to speak spanish.

The staff there was so awesome. Especially Jose, he greeted me as soon as I walked up to the front desk. I want to thank him and the entire staff for helping make our stay enjoyable. We stayed there because we had went to the Wild Hog Bbq. It made it so much easier for us so we didn't have to drive all the way to he keys.

The shuttle arrived and picked me up from the airport in a reasonable time. I had a great experience dining at Cane Fire Grille. Javier was very attentive, kind and funny. The Backyard Burger was delicious and Javier’s craft beer recommendation made my day.

No complaints at all. Very clean. Had everything we needed. Friendly staff. Even had a very clean smell upon entering. Felt safe. Close to the highway but not noisy. Would highly recommend. One small disappointment, no refrigerator .

The room was nice and clean. The staff was very friendly. The buffet was closed and the food in the Sawgrass Cafe was not as good as it should have been for the high prices. We never made it to the casino but it was smoke-free so we'll check it out next time.

My stay was amazing, when I got to the resort they told me when I booked online my room was already booked and they did a free upgrade to a half of the presidential suite. The room was beautiful, the casino floor was so much fun. I always like to go to this casino because the vibe is always great, and good music too

My stay was excellent they went above and beyond to accommodate my stay with my daughter I will always come back the staff was also very nice room was clean and smelled good had lots of towels and space was great.

The room was nice however we woke up to no water through out the whole hotel and was unable to shower or brush our teeth or flush the toilet . We were not offered a comp room for another day or some sort of refund for the inconvenience. Instead we were offered a late check for a hotel with no running water and the inability to flush the toilet. Given that he circumstances he hotel should have closed until the problem was resolved, but it wasn’t. This was unacceptable!!!!

We had a very nice experience at Miccosukee. We stayed and played for 2 nights before setting sail from the Port of Miami…and parking and a shuttle is available. So easy. It was a nice alternative for us, we wanted to stay out of the busy “downtown” Miami area. The room was clean and very comfortable. The staff were friendly and accommodating. We enjoyed playing in the casino. We recommend and we’ll be back.

Alexis was an amazing waiter at the restaurant. We were impressed on the hospitality. The tiki bar has a great atmosphere and an excellent bar tender. Israel has an extensive menu of exotic drinks for you to choose from. While the room was very comfortable and clean, the people partying down the hall woke us up at 2 in the morning. If you are planning to visit the Everglades, this is a great location.
