Me and my family had a great experience at the hotel We were there on vacation and we have nothing to complain about the rooms, restrooms, pool and service at the hotel and the localization is amazing
The hotel is conveniently located near the airport. Shuttle service is good. Pool outside and amenities are a 10 min walk from the hotel. No wonder the airline staff stay here as well. Breakfast was not included so it could add to your cost. Overall a good place to stay
I needed a hotel to spend one night after coming from bahamas and going back to Brazil. This hotel gave me that, with a good shuttle service to Miami Airport. The rooms are ok, although they seem to be old.
After a long flight we were looking for a nice hotel near Miami airport. Check in was okay, I was surprised I had to pay to park in the hotels car park, perhaps that is standard? After checking in, I had to walk back to my car to put a ticket in the car to prove parking had been paid for. We had been travelling for hours and hours and just keen to have a shower and relax. The rooms we had were okay, they seemed tired and certainly needed new carpets, very different from the more modern and fresh looking lobby area. We ordered some food downstairs and the pizza was delicious, just what we needed. Breakfast was good and service attentive. The pool area did not look like the photos on the website, it wasn’t so inviting and was quite underwhelming. It was a functional stay but the rooms we had were a real let down.…
So the lobby is beautiful the drinks are delicious it’s a very comfortable stay. The downpoints -there were multiple stray cats at the pool -I found a hair in my bed -the beds in the double rooms are full size not queen - there were a bunch of poo let’s when we arrived there were 5-6 people at the desk and no one assisted us until my friend had to go up and ask. We enjoyed the pool, we enjoyed our stay but there’s definitely some improvements to be made
We came to Miami for our anniversary of 18 years and wanted to try something different and not stay on south beach the like we normally has anyways the Hotel is beautiful to visit the front desk agent was very welcoming and polite our room was ready when we arrived at 10:11 @m love the pool area employees at the bar was helpful everyone was smiling, so we check into our room(806) the price we paid for our stay wasn’t worth it because there was no microwaves for it to be a lagoon suite , No ice on floors except 15th floor the Ac in the room didn’t work so it was hot the refrigerator didn’t work full of ice in the back of the refrigerator and full of water at bottom leaked in cabinet the hold stay , tub stayed filling up as we took a shower , toilet wouldn’t flush you had to keep flushing and holding handle down , room smelled of mold , black dust on ceiling from Ac vent , you could see finger prints on all the glass and desk tops in the room where it wasn’t wiped down from the last guest , dust all on desk legs , crumbs in desk chair ! I am a executive Housekeeping Manager and from a 22 year experience I would’ve never sold a lagoon like that to anyone ! Who ever the inspector is needs to make sure there inspecting the rooms before they turn them over to front desk I would rather have quality then quantity so I don’t think I will be coming back there to stay for the price we paid and for what we got !!!…
We stayed one night. The food at the bar/restaurant was very good. The burger was very good and cooked to order (medium). The French Onion Soup was actually one of the best I have had. Nice view from the 14th floor and the beds and pillows were comfortable. The only down side was the pool was dirty. Foam had accumulated on one side of that looked brown and pretty disgusting. Besides that check in and checkout was seamless and staff were friendly and engaging.
I stayed at the Pullman for five days. The restaurant is closed for dinner and there is really nothing in the area to walk to. You can get dinner if you sit at the bar and choose from a very limited menu. Also, they were having some plumbing problems and the toilet in my room and several of my colleagues did not flush correctly. The location is good. The staff is pleasant and housekeeping did a nice job. The restaurant situation was disappointing.
we arrived 5 hours late for our one night stay but the staff was very nice and got us in the room very quickly the room was excellent and very comfortable we had a nice breakfast as well and then back to airport by shuttle our driver was very nice and prompt , he got us to exactly where we needed to be Basically a worry free experience we will come back on our way home and should have time to enjoy the pool
I ended up coming across this hotel by accident and I loved it. The staff was great, Room was great. The view was great and the location is perfect. The mini Starbucks was also a big plus Will definitely recommend it. Only thing missing was a USB port but that was an easy fix
