We were forced to stay at this hotel after our original home overbooked and could not provide a room. 1) From the first interaction with host on the phone to check out, the staff were very ride. 2) Despite staying only 8 hours versus the customary 20hrs in the room the hotel refused to pro-rate the cost of the room. 3) The host at check-in said they would validate parking. However, we were charged for parking and the host at checkout would not remove from our bill. 5) The room as bathroom were filthy and the handle on the bathroom door was broken. However, when we brought this to the host’s attention she did nothing about it. 6) The hotel is very noisy. Housekeepers are in the hallway early chatting loudly. This is not the way I want to wake up, especially when I have not had much sleep. I DO NOT recommend this hotel. …
I’ve stayed here many times and I truly love this property. Was in room 820, one bedroom suite with balcony for 6 nights. The room is really nice and the bed is super comfortable. Lots of space and very quiet. Housekeeping was perfect and did a great job during these trying times. Service is always spot on from all of the staff. Can’t wait to come back again.
I have mixed feelings about this hotel. If you are flying out of MIA and don’t plan on parking a car or getting around Miami this is a great option. However, if you plan on using this as a base to explore Miami this is not the best option. I stayed here because I got a great deal on Hotwire and planned to get around the city. To park a car will cost you $21 a night and if you don’t have a toll pass you can’t get anywhere expeditiously. The hotel itself is ok. It could use a refresh in the outside decor as well as the carpet. There is also a lot to like about it with a great pool area and nice rooms. Overall, I would recommend In certain situations.
For a full service Hilton ( with the prices to match) the property has fallen on hard times. Understand the current Pandemic situation but he room / service was to a standard not seen in a long time . Room not clean , bathroom had dangerous mold and mildew damage and the shower faucet assembly had something growing in it! Service at the only restaurant slow . To get a “ to go “ breakfast took 30-40 minutes each day. Checkin very slow. Not impressed
Worst hotel ever.. dirty , not clean at all , sheets were worn out and had stains on them . Disgusting. Never again, if it were up to me I would’ve never booked this hotel , but my fiancée did not knowing how disgusting it it , it’s upsetting having my daughter laying on dirty worn out sheets.
