I made reservations for a 4 night stay. The worst worst worst. My first room assigned smelled of cigarette smoke. Considering I reserved nonsmoking that was a no no, had 2 working outlets Myself and children had our technology which we needed electricity, and the bathroom door would not let one open from the inside the handle was not fitted properly..someone would have to push it open from the outside. I was then relocated. The next room was horrible. My next room smelled like someone lived in it, there were no dresser, the bed I had boxspring was broke. The first night of sleep, the bed kept falling between the frame. Upon fixing the next day, I realized the bed was broken. I reported and was told by evening desk clerk she was sending someone up. I stayed up after midnight waiting giving benefit of a doubt. Next day I phoned the afternoon because I heard nothing and a gentleman came up he said he had to replace and would be back. Its after 8pm now. Still broken bed. I did phone desk person earlier to ask when will someone come to replace this bed and she stated she will send someone up. Im waiting. The tile surrounding the pool is all loose and a accident waiting to happen. This is totally unacceptable.I will definately be calling corporate regarding this matter. I DO NOT RECOMMEND WASTING ANY GOOD MONEY AT THIS HOTEL PERIOD!!!!!! If I could it would be no darn stars.

First off staff was super friendly and helpful. They printed all our documents we needed to travel internationally. But besides that this hotel is 1.5-2 stars at best. We only stayed one night and that was too long. The only plus is the location to the airport. This hotel is very rundown and needs major updating.

Nice large room with very comfortable bed. Nice to have fridge and coffee pot... But the staff were bad. I attempted to call the hotel prior to my arrival to ask about the restaurant and shuttle but it took numerous tries to get someone on the phone. I finally emailed them but did not receive a response prior to my arrival. I was told by phone when I finally reached staff that the shuttle was not operating. After my arrival I had an email indicating I would be reimbursed for transportation via Uber or Lyft with a receipt which I did not have as I did not get the email timely. Several receptionist staff did not wear masks. I did not get my wakeup call for the morning I needed to leave for my flight. When I asked about the transportation requested the night before which would be paid by the hotel, the hotel staff was rude as apparently the night staff had not arranged this either. The staff were some of the worst I have ever experienced in a hotel.

PEOPLE DONT STAY HERE!!! This is the worst experience in my life , I travel a lot and i stayed in lots of hotels, but this one is the worst, DONT BE SORRY TO SPEND 10-20$ more for something else, I decided by pictures that i like this , pool and everything look great on PICTURES, but when you come there nothing is like on pictures, first at all they sand you false mail “Our airport shuttle is available from the hours of 5:00am - midnight and departs from the hotel lobby every 30 minutes on the hour and on the half hour. “ this is not true I wait bus 2h BECAUSE THEY NEVER PICK UP PHONE!!! This is the worst experience, and i will not stop on this i will go on every possible page where i can leave reviews for this hotel, room smells disgusting, hair dryer not working, we went to say about that problem girl with red hair said we will send someone now , we wait 2h nothing and they have 3 next days to fix that but they didn’t, so unpleasant experience, and they don’t even know where is some rental place to send you (one of rental cars is next to them) oh yes I asked first day can i do late check out, they said yes but ask at your last day , I asked she said yes you can do but we need to change you for that , nobody said anything about changing, view from balcony you will see on pictures, and all my stuff smells bad now because of that stinki room... 1 Star , if i can leave 0 I would do that ! I send them mails , call them nobody answered!!! Shame on you !!!

This hotel is a ripoff . First the check in staff was very unprofessional and lack of hospitality, costumer care and friendliness . As a General Manager of a hotel myself I would never stay here again . It is a ripoff I paid for my room with breakfast . When I arrived to check out the front desk clerk same one as they night before when I checked in scream over the counter not waiting for me to reach the counter checking out you are al set . My card was was billed already . I still went to the clerk as I also had breakfast included with my room . She said go over there that is were they serve breakfast I waited for a about 10 min no one was there . I Just heard a guy arguing with someone behind a closed door . I then went back to let the clerk know that no one is there . She said there is someone there . Went back waited for another 10 min again before going to the clerk again . Which she responded there is someone coming I am texting him now . Went there again a guy/waiter showed up ask if I would like breakfast I said yes I am trying for the past 30 min . He then told me what the cost for breakfast is which I then said no it is included with my room . He then send me to check again with the clerk which to no surprise after all the back and forth she said no it is not included . I told her can I have a copy of my receipt and breakfast was included . She notched her head and said no . I then took my hotel bill call Expedia which is where I originally booked my stay with . The costumer care representative found my resevation and agreed that it is with breakfast . He then call the hotel to try to refund my card for service I paid for and did not received . The clerk or representative the agent did not say said they will not refund my card nor honor the breakfast . At that point the breakfast was irrelevant because I had another flight later that day and with all that back and forth I almost wasted my entire day for one stupid breakfast. I WILL NEVER STAY HERE AGAIN AND IF YOU DECIDE TO . PLEASE BEWARE AND CONFIRM THAT YOU GET WHAT YOU ARE PAYING FOR . ROOM LACK CERTAIN STUFF ALSO no wash cloth no hand towels no soap just shampoo and conditioner and two bath towels . Management need to do something other wise they will loose a lot of business especially with COVID now and business is very slow .
