The interContinental Hotel was great and priced right. Everyone there was extremely helpful and accommodating. As we pulled up there was an attendant who took our bags immediately so we could leave for our tour of Little Havana. We had an ocean-view room which looked onto the bay and surrounding Miami area. The king-bed was super comfortable. One of the areas that could be improved is the pool. We would definitely rebook here.

Had no issues. Easy check in, lovely room. Had have to relocate when our bathroom ceiling leaked, but we were given a room upgrade & a room gift with a full apology. In hotel Toro Toro restaurant food was fabulous. Roof top pool was easy to access & had great views.

This was my first time coming to Toro Toro at the intercontinental Hotel. If you want to be made to feel like you are extremely welcomed extremely valued as a customer and pampered at the bar you need to visit Victor he is absolutely amazing the way that he’s able to communicate positive energy and exudes joy and happiness will make your day on a Tuesday or on a Friday. He is an exemplary bartender and creates a welcoming ambiance. He is truly such a light and I am so grateful for his customer service. Thank you Victor I will be returning just because of him. He is the experience.

First time to the intercontinental and hung out at the bar with my girl. Victor the bartender made us feel right at home and the drinks were top notch! Thank you victor we will be back. This is a beautiful hotel in the heart of downtown Miami! Complete with a beautiful bay view and the metro station within a very short walking distance! Let’s not forget about the beauty of Bay Front Park! If you are searching for the best spot in Miami, you’ve found the spot! Head inside and check out the beautiful bar at the Intercontinental Miami, make sure you say hi to Victor if you want top notch service for your entire trip! I have to say, this weekend trip turned into a trip of a lifetime and it wouldn’t of happened with out the great service from the IHG family. Thank you Victor, and thank you Intercontinental Miami!

I was blown away by the grandeur of the hotel, it was absolutely beautiful. The staff were friendly and helpful, tending to whatever needs came up. Victor, at the bar in the lobby, was a pleasure to talk to and whipped us up an absolutely delicious drink and was knowledgeable of all the liquors that they have! Stop by to see him before going out to explore the area!

First, staff at front desk was awesome at check-in and check-out. Food was great. Room exceeded expectations including maid service. All folks were very helpful during my 3 night stay. I wanted to add a special thanks to the bar tender on the lobby level. He was very attentive.
