      Not the best

      Stayed here night before our cruise. I am a Hyatt member and this was the worst one I have stayed at. It needs updating and room not that clean! Staff was friendly. Maid left pair of underwear from last guest on back of bathroom door!

      Parking and the valet line were bad. Wait time was very long. Beds were small, the wait time for the front desk was extremely long and I expected waffles or pancakes at breakfast. I didn't enjoy any of the breakfast options you had.More
