Do not, do not stay here! There isI only one redeeming factor to this hotel, and it’s the bartender Dean. The rooms are terrible and beyond tired. The staff is there only in body. I tried calling the front desk and it rang for 5 minutes, no exaggeration. The really bad thing is, that this was our second stay here. I didn’t learn from the first stay and I thought things might have improved, nope. Be warned…..don’t expect much if you choose not the heed my recommendation.

Hotel has been nicely remodeled, service staff very friendly. M Lounge isn't that great, very limited food and beverage selection, breakfast starts only at 6.30am which is late for an airport hotel. short distance to airport

Jorge at cane fire grill was beyond amazing! Friendly, kind, great service and beyond resourceful! So personable and fantastic with my children! Would recommend anytime Jorge is working! Our trip was elevated due to his service!

Currently spending 5 nights at the Miami airport Marriott. We have stayed here countless times over the last 30 years. Been through many management changes and renovations. We continue to come here because of the Staff that are so friendly. The Bar and waiter staff are excellent. To name a few, Jorge, Miguel, Max, Noel all excellent and never forget us by name. Two issues on this current stay and both are with housekeeping. Two days ago we came back to our room from shopping and the house keeper was in our room . She told us come in. She had never seen us before and never asked to see our key or try it. We sat on the bed until she was finished. When she was leaving I tried to explain to her how does she know we are really the tenants to the room. She could not understand any English so I gave up. This is a serious breach of security. Another issue with house keeping was yesterday they only left one clean towel in our room. After breakfast this morning we stopped at the front desk to ask for towels to be delivered to our room. The young lady said she would have house keeping send them right up. After half an hour my wife called house keeping asking for the towels explaining we needed to go out. After about another 20 minutes I eventually went looking for a house keeper. Found an unattended cart on another floor and helped myself to two clean towels. No one ever came with the towels we asked for. Housekeeping staff here need serious training or retraining on customer service and Security.

We stayed one night before our cruise. Friendly staff, rooms spotless and an excellent night sleep. Price of food and drink are average for hotels and very similar to Great Britain hotels. Would recommend to anyone wanting an overnight stay before cruising.

The hotel is very nice but nothing is included in the price except the shuttle from the airport. The internet was extra. The breakfast was $30 per person. There was a little shop to buy snacks but even a soda there was over $3. We stayed here prior to taking a cruise the next day and were suppose to have transportation to the pier. The hotel would not allow us to move up the transportation time so we had to get an Uber to take us to the pier. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Stayed 2 nights. LIKES: Nice sized rooms The most USB ports I've ever seen in a hotel room (seriously!) Nice work area and computer chair Comfortable bed Soft sheets Quick elevators DISLIKES: No ventilation in hallways outside of the room made them stifling Typical awful Marriott bathroom lighting (yes, it looks cool but don't try to shave) No hand-held mirror SUMMARY: Aside from having a sewage explosion that erupted from my toilet while I was out, (and several hours after that toilet had been used) which required wading through the muck to pack up and change rooms, this wasn't a bad experience. The restaurant is above average (get the fish tacos) but selection is small.
