Had a nice stay but was annoyed to see one of the staff members annoying his female co workers and constantly making sexual remarks. I came down around 11 at night to see The man who almost seemed drunk and I could tell his coworkers felt uncomfortable asked for his name and ignored me. Later found out his name is Alvaro Valarezo a night auditor. Honestly I felt so bad for the other workers who actually do a good job and to put up with that annoying nasty man. Management should definitely have a word with him. This low rating reflects on the behavior I witnessed of that person the hotel stay was nice and I would give it a 4 star

I travel for business across the country and this Hampton Inn & Suites has many advantages: location near the airport, safe and free garage parking, truly super clean, spacious, quiet, updated rooms and outstanding hotel staff! There is a shopping plaza including restaurants and a supermarket right across the street. We stayed here 3 nights and had breakfast at the hotel every day. Nora worked in the breakfast area in such an organized fashion it was fast and easy to get what you wanted to eat and feel safe! The front desk team, Jennifer, Front Office Manager, and Julissa, Sales Coordinator, were awesome! Jennifer made checking in fast, fun and easy! She shared great suggestions and advice regarding places to visit and eat. It makes such a difference when the staff really cares about the guest experience and leads from the front like Jennifer does! She is a Rockstar! Heads up, the Wi-Fi speed was not up to Hilton standards during our stay. It was way too slow. The hotel staff shared they are currently working on improving that and have contacted their Wi-Fi provider. We will be returning to this location on our next Miami trip.

They need training bad staff members. There was a mistake on my reservation and instead of helping me they call the cops on me without letting me know. Is not nice what they did to me. Very dissatisfied

The front desk was helpful and friendly. The room was clean and comfortable. I had to go on a cruise so having a shuttle to take you to the port and being able to leave my car for a few days was super convenient. Across the street there was a Publix, Planet Smoothie, Chinese restaurant and a few other shops. I was disappointed that their hot tub was not working. I would recommend this place to others

Had a overnight layover and picked this hotel due to proximity of the airport and hotel shuttle. Pros: hotel is semi remodeled and has easy access to small restaurant and CVS (across the street). Cons: don’t expect the shuttle to run frequently. It runs every hour and it only runs from 5am to 11pm. Example; if you land at 0915. The shuttle won’t run until 1000. So you possibly will wait a good hour plus to get to the hotel. Our drivers were nice coming and going but again the wait for this service is long. Recommend taking an Uber. They are frequent and more efficient. Probably wouldn’t pick this hotel again due to the shuttle situation.

We purchased a park and fly/cruise package with this hotel. Apparently, they no longer provide transfers to the port. Instead of saying no, they ubered us over to the port. When we returned we needed a transfer from the airport and they had the driver loop back for us. We were blown away by the customer service they provided. We also had a nice quiet room and a great breakfast.

We booked into this hotel on the day before and the day afterour cruise. Free shuttle from and to the airport. Jennifer at the front desk welcomed us and was friendly and helpful and always had a smile. Nora, who prepared the the super breakfast with lots of choices was lovely and great with our 2 young grandchildren. She also remembered us when we returned from the cruise. Willie at reception on our return stay was helpful as well and allowed us early check-in. All in all it was a wonderful experience and we would certainly stay her when we cruise again.

After a grueling day of travel for my family, overcoming a cancelled flight, a late arrival in a city two hours away, and a nighttime drive through the Everglades, we arrived at this hotel, which we'd had booked for months. We had indicated late check-in when we booked, emailed twice that day to tell them we'd be coming late, tried to call twice earlier in the day (but no one picked up), and finally got ahold of someone at the hotel via phone after we landed. At that time, the person I spoke with said nothing about our room being unavailable... but sure enough, when we got to the hotel, we had no room. And with hotels in the area booked, we spent a miserable night staying awake near the Miami airport before boarding our cruise ship, exhausted. Adding to the mystery, looking back at our email, we got a message asking how our check-in was... and then the next day, asking about our stay. It looks to me like they gave away our room to someone else. The desk attendant was not at all sympathetic to our plight. I've emailed Hilton corporate twice about the issue, and they forwarded it twice to the hotel manager. That last email was 9 days ago, and I've heard nothing. Maybe the positive reviews are warranted if you end being able to actually stay here. But beware, because when we were late to arrive (and told them we'd be late to arrive), we didn't have a room, and it's clear this hotel doesn't really care about that.

Very clean and tidy. Very spacious and updated room, pool was a decent size and enjoyable was a good location for picking up last minute items and also several eateries nearby. Publix and CVS across the road. Check in was easy and staff were very pleasant

Let me start by saying this hotel is amazing and so is the staff. I checked in with 9 other patrons, Francis knocked it out of the park I've never seen 9 people checked in so quick so efficient so professionally he really went above and beyond. While we were checking in a guest behind our group kept interrupting Francis in the middle of his process of giving us keys. Then the guest began to cuss at Francis her language and mouth were utterly disgusting calling him all sorts of belittling fowl names. This professional gentleman really kept his cool this is very sad to see hard working professional people treated in such a manor in an establishment of hospitality. The lady delayed us by 25 minutes due to her antics of vulger but great job Francis keep your head up and keep up the amazing work. As for our stay great breakfast very nice shuttle and the rooms were very spacious ill will definitely be back.
