This was probably a great hotel once upon a time. Now it's a relatively cheap stay in downtown Miami. It's clean, the breakfast makes you laugh and there is wifi. Rooms are worn down but clean.

I stayed at this hotel last December. I was attending a conference in Miami, but both Marriott Courtyard and Hyatt Regency Downtown were at full occupancy. I stayed at the River Park as it was only two blocks away from the Marriott Courtyard. Terrible mistake!!!!! The hotel is dark and dirty, the elevator didn't stopped at my floor so I...

Just spent 4 nights in this hotel. Positive: no problem with front desk staff (except they don't answer the phone and no wake-up calls). They were helpful as far as they could be. Blow dryer didn't work - was replaced same day. Room was dark and quiet. Bed was comfortable. Close to metromover. Negatives: no blanket on bed - just...

For where this hotel is and the location you would think it would be a classy place. Sorry to say not so much! We stayed for one night before going on a cruise the next day. The reason we chose this hotel was for the location. It is centrally located to everything. Our check in was slow and the reservation...

Yes the price is very right. The location is great, because you walk right out front door and there is the people mover metro. Yes, some of the front desk staff are not such people oriented, but for a no frill low cost huge suites with great bathroom, it is a bargain. Our group has stayed there for or conference...

I should begin by stating that I have not personally visited this hotel. I was not able to join my wife and her friends on a Jan 2012 cruise. I decided to use the internet check out some of the destinations they were going to. They were staying one night at this hotel before getting on a ship the next...

This hotel is okay if you want something reasonably priced in the heart of the business district of Miami. It borders the river community of condos. Location is really great. I stayed here and was relatively happy with my experience. However: I now live in Miami and want to talk about another experience I had regarding their credit card practice....

Check in/out was a bit longer then other hotels. they also make a photo copy of your credit card. This hotel uses key cards for the room which is a plus. There are ants all over the place; In the bedroom, bathroom sink, hallway, cheap dining restaurant. Hotel swimming pool is really small and not very clean. during my 4...

Customer service is non-existent here. Bonyda at the front desk is very rude and there was only one bellman and the two of them seem to be the only full-time employees after 3:00 pm. The hotel is dirty and smells. The Hyatt is only a couple of miles from this hotel and was only $40 more per night. We moved...

“We had a suite with two queen beds and a sofa and had a comfortable stay for five people. The suite is really big and there was plenty of space. There are no fridges or coffee making facilities in the rooms, though. ”
