Avoid this hotel. After a horrible check-in process, provided a room that was already being used, and then downgraded us to a lower floor despite their mistake. No sense of customer service. Masks are not enforced at all and the front desk routinely allows guests without masks and raucous guests to roam around in the lobby, while subjecting guests to a lengthy check in process. Overpriced and not a good experience.

Pool and fitness center were closed due to "unexpected event". This was not disclosed to us at booking. We asked to have a coffee machine in the room twice, they never delivered a coffee machine. We asked to have the sheets changed, they didn't change the sheets. Either they don' t have a system to ensure customer requests are honored, or they don't care enough to take care of customer requests. Also, this hotel is extremely noisy - it sounds like a race track even well after midnight. Would not recommend.

Stayed only 1 night however Eli at the front desk was incredibly friendly and helpful. She made the check-in process smooth and seamless, was able to accommodate a high floor room with views of the cityscape and even recommended some areas to visit in Brickell. Staff service was quick and prompt when I requested housekeeping amenities. Would definitely come back and stay here again. Thank you Eli!

I was in Miami for some business meetings and some relaxation. Upon arrival, the front guest staff informed me that the restaurant was closed due to staffing. Also, informed me that they were at full capacity. How does a property book fully and not have any services available to its guests!! The rooms need updating. Aviod this property and look for another!

I have to say, this hotel and its amenities are the BEST! As soon as i got to valet, i was greeted by Jeramiah. The valet manager who was amazing to begin with. He made sure my car was taken care of and that i was all ready to check in and head on to the pool area. Upon entering the pool I was greeted by JP, the pool manager who was also great. He provided me and my family with a cabana and some chairs which were set up by a young lady named Irene. Miss Irene made sure that the bed and chairs were set somewhere that i could get some sun and enjoy the shade if needed. At one point i needed some extra linen for the chairs and JP made sure that nothing was missing and that we were all set. Heading onto the pool was amazing. The cleanliness of this place is outstanding. As i entered the beach are we were greeted by Malik Williams , the beach manager. He was impecable and made sure what i had asked for was set up. The way they treat you is like family and i forever grateful. The customer service is top notch. The food and drinks are top notch and every single worker out there is making sire this experience is top notch. Favorite hotel bu far in miami beach
