Four points by Sheraton MIA We arrived to MIA called Sheraton Was instructed to go to door 23 and shuttle would be there to pick us up Within 1/2 hour we were picked up Lobby was nice Front desk staff were pleasant I’m silver elite w Marriott and was offered no upgrade or breakfast Their buffet is over $17.00 plus tax pp I thought that was a little pricey for the offerings They do have a bar that offers food and happy hour as well Fitness center was clean and had the basic equipment Pool was small but clean with a small waterfall. Shuttle runs every half hour Room with two double beds Room was clean. The floors could have been mopped alittle more. Bed was comfortable Bathroom was clean. No body lotion but overall bath products were great Overall if you are looking for a nice place to stay for a quick overnight this is your place. Shuttle driver was great Francisco was very nice and helped me figure out how to get to Avis to continue our trip to key west Would stay again…
I was taking a shower and midway thru the water just cut off and did not restart I raised this to Amanda the dir of Operations who spent more time debating how I wrote my email complaint than addressing the situation To my satisfaction Avoid this place like the plague
We were only in our room for about 7 hours. Just used it to catch a few hours of sleep before our trip to Ecuador early the next morning. The hotel looks renovated except for the room doors. For some reason they left the old doors while they renovated the rest of the hotel and the doors serve as a reminder that this place is old. Bad call by who ever made that decision. The room itself is a decent size, has a comfortable bed, and a newish looking bathroom. For the price I would stay here again if I had another overnight layover at MIA.
On my regular visits to Miami, I frequently stay at this property. From the moment you walk in, you can feel it. The freshness in the lobby area, the warm welcome from the amazing and gorgeous front desk staff to the nice clean rooms you get into. Not to mention, the excellent spread at breakfast and the friendly well received service by Vanessa the shift manager. Her eagerness to help, ability to speak English and Spanish makes guests feel welcomed and cared for. This hotel knows how to treat guests with respect and are well. appreciated. Keep up the good work !!
Very friendly waiters from the Four Point By Sheraton Miami airport hotel restaurant, Miss Venessa provide a very friendly great welcome and introduce a good food for us. She also give a special juice for us during the breakfast. Very happy to meet her especial when you travel from far away . 👍👍 Thank you!
Picked this hotel so we could leave our car for the week plus it had a bar and restaurant. Excellent front desk service..very clean hotel. Happy hour nightly but only for certain drinks so you have to check with server. Food was good, small menu, salads, sandwiches, appetizers and a daily special. The website I booked thru said it was 5 miles from the port. It is about 17 miles. Shuttle to port was at 3 different times starting at 10:30 but they had pick ups at other hotels (behind us) and drop offs at multiple cruise terminals. We left on time but didn't get to our cruise terminal until 11:40. Just plan according. Will stay here again.
I am as marriott titanium but nothing. My booking was cancelled without any notice. They just said fully booked. At 1 am - 3 am ,I have to go to more than 10 hotels around hotel to stay but it’s fully booked. Do not book this hotel!
I was pleased with the hotel. The shuttle from the airport was a nice perk. (It only runs on the hour) We arrived late and left fairly early in the morning and had no issues with anything. The people working the check in desk were very nice and helpful. I would definitely stay here again.
I had a bad turn of events when my flight from LAX was 20 minutes delayed and my connecting flight ended up leaving me in Miami along with my luggage and all sense of hope (a bit dramatic I know), UNTIL I was kindly helped by staff at the flight rebooking center and offered a night to stay at the Four Points Sheraton Hotel! Flustered, sweaty, hungry and dehydrated, I checked into the hotel around midnight and the front desk clerk was so patient and helpful right off the bat. My two queen suite was wonderful, more than I could ask for. I went to the Buffet breakfast the next morning (which had lots of yummy options that were consistently being refilled and refreshed) and enjoyed a peaceful morning. Shoutout to Vanesa and Gabby, they were great! Their presence and energy was so welcoming in the dining area and I enjoyed exchanging a few words with friendly faces! Cheers to Four Points!…
Good location, nice hotel , clean spacious rooms, comfy beds and rooms are sound proofed. Unfortunately had a issue with staff, check in staff were very miserable and certainly no warm welcome after a 23 hour journey. Bar staff were very rude, incompetent, mixed 2 different wines literally slapped in a plastic pint glass and thought we were being fussy when we asked for glasses as we were sitting in the bar area. Not a good experience with staff so left early and didnot bother with breakfast.
