Great location. Great staff. Nothing short of excellent. Wish I could remember names, but front desk made me feel really comfortable. Im a team member of Hilton and this is really important to me, as I am in the line of work as well and go above and beyond. I felt valued! Will make this my Miami hotel whenever I visit.
Me and my boyfriend stayed in Miami for 4 nights. We chose this property for our first two nights. I just want to give a shout out to the front desk Estovan- he went above and beyond to try to get us into a room since we asked for early check in. Formerly working in the hospitality industry-I can say that He embodies everything a front desk associate should: he’s personable, friendly and cares about making your trip a great one by getting you anything you need. The property itself is beautiful, close to wynwood, great restaurants, and a good scene. However to the owners of the property you should actually hire more than just one person on staff for mornings and nights, you need more people to help alllll of the customers coming in and trying to check in, as well as getting housekeeping to have the rooms ready by 3pm. Our room wasn’t even available until 4pm- when we first arrived early at 1pm trying to check in early. But it’s worth the wait I can always trust Hampton for clean beds, clean rooms, adequate supply of towels, and great service provided by the front desk staff. Overall this was a great stay, nice display of breakfast and coffee access 24/7, it was hot, never cold- and always replenished! Thank you for the great stay P.s. you have permission from the AC Marriott hotel next door for the rooftop pool and bar up there! Must see!…
Great location. Walking distance to Midtown, Design District and Wynwood. Quick Uber ride to Brickell or South Beach. Dozens of restaurants and cafes. The hotel was immaculate and the staff was friendly and accommodating.Lots of amenities and extras.
I was visiting this hotel for business and there was an issue with my corporate hotel confirmation. Luis and Catalina, the front desk staff, were frequently checking the status of my room and gave us a recommendation to bypass the time while we waited for my room approval. As soon as it was cleared, they didn't hesitate to contact me and give me access to the room. Thank you Luis and Catalina for your friendliness, professionalism, and willingness to ensure my experience at the hotel was 5 star.
My wife and I used our HHonors points for a free stay at this average hotel last Saturday evening. It is close to the Marlins stadium and the Wynwood section of Miami. The self-parking is next door and costs $24 per stay including tax. Nice outdoor pool. Breakfast is included and omelettes are served with fruit, juice, oatmeal and other breakfast items. The staff seemed overworked. The hallway was noisy until after 11 PM. For a Hampton it was rather pricey. I don't think we would stay here again.
