This Hampton is phenomenal for the price and category. Large comfortable rooms, a gorgeous lobby, nice pool, and a great location. We stayed for less than $100 a night which makes this a terrific value. Staff was all very friendly and helpful when needed. Diamond welcome bag was a bit disappointing, a bottle of water and a jelly bracelet with the hotel's phone number on it (not sure why anyone would want that). Otherwise, very nice Hampton and fantastic value for the price.

First and foremost, we love Carolina (front desk manager). She is absolutely AMAZING! I booked my parents for a couple of nights and they enjoyed their stay so much that I booked them for another week. You can tell the place is very clean, has a great FREE breakfast, and awesome staff. They were nice enough to upgrade my parents because they had some availability. It has been such a pleasant experience. And we'd like to give a special comment for Carolina as she was so gracious, quick, and professional. She is outstanding!

All the breakfast staff were nice and friendly. There was a hot breakfast which is nice to see again. Carolina at the front desk was so full of energy and so kind and welcomed us back every time and even wished me an early birthday. The rooms were very clean and quiet. Can’t wait to come back again

I spent two weeks by Hampton Inn & Suite Miami Midtown. One person I’ll never forget is Carolina. Carolina played a big role in my stay at the hotel, she was so helpful, so supportive, so kind and her smile could make any dark day feel like the whole world is sunny.
