Second time we've been here. We found the place very nice considering that it is on the lower end of cost. The room we had was clean and comfortable. Probably the biggest problem might have been some noise travelling from folks in the hall, but...More
While working in Melbourne, this is where I stayed. The room was clean, the bed is comfortable and you can fix your own meals vs. dinning out every night. The price is way above what I would normally pay and they still have the timer...More
We recently stayed at the Suburban Stay in Melbourne, FL and were rudely insulted by Gang, the owner of the hotel. The room next to us had a flood and we woke up to standing water in our room at 5 am. We obviously couldn't...More
I relocated to Melbourne from NC May 29-2015. I was looking for a safe place in which to reside in close proximity to all the areas locally to get properly "plugged-in" to the Brevard County system to find a job, medical facility's and primary physician,...More

It's roughly $250 a week. You can probably call ahead and negotiate things. The manager is motivated to move the rooms, although in the summer, this place is usually packed from people from other parts of Florida who want to vacation. BTW it's a pretty basic place, you will have a stove, fridge, and microwave, as well as basic plates and cutlery. There is internet, and cable TV. The rooms are not luxury.
