My husband had to be in Melbourne for business, and because of some health isuues, he could not drive for the first few days of his trip. The dog and I went along therefore as "drivers". The dog's presence is what led us to the discovery of Crane Creek Inn. Because of their pet friendly room and lovely lawn that...

We stayed twice at Crane Creek: the first time had been booked via the Internet and we did not know the accommodation, or the area, but had picked it so that we could go to NASA. It was an easy drive from Orlando. Wow, when we arrived, the creek was an impressive estuary, with lots of pelicans and terns fishing....

This B&B had everything we were looking for, and then some. The place is lovely -- all the rooms look out over a spacious lawn that sweeps down to the riverside. The view is fringed with royal palms, and the river is daily filled with various wildlife -- pelicans swoopjng and dipping for fish, cormorants, and even dolpins. To complete...

This is a charming Inn to stay at especially if you're traveling with a pet. Our golden retriever loved the big grassy back yard area. He even made friends with the golden next door who came over for a visit. The best part of staying in the Melbourne room was the outdoor covered porch with enough seating to enjoy hanging...

The position is perfect. Just a short walk from the main street with all the bars and restaurants, The B&b is on the water and the setting is picturesque. We really enjoyed our stay with Andy and Bambi and they made us feel very welcome. Our room was lovely and next time we are over to the east coast we...

We expected the stay at Crane Creek Inn to be nice after studying its website, but our experience exceeded our expectations. Indeed, we found it to be one of the more comfortable and accommodating inns Iwehave had the pleasure to stay at and we prefer the warm ambience and friendless normally associate with B&Bs . Oh, the breakfasts were one...

Crane Creek is a historical home which has been converted to a bed and breakfast. The innkeeper-cook is Andy Durik, a very outgoing transplant from Ohio. The Inn sits on Crane Creek, a tributary off of the Indian River. It is full of wild life....manatees, dolphin and all kinds of birds. On our last visit we even saw an eagle...

It is just a wonderful place to go to relax, and meet the most wonderful hosts, Bambi & Andy. You have to have Andy's fabulous breakfasts(try his blueberry pancakes! wow) . You find yourself mesmerised by the river, looking for manatee, dolphins, and of course the birds! And it is great just to walk downtown to fabulous restaurants and stores....

What an awesome time! I can't say enough about the genuine hospitality of Andi and Bambi. The bed and breakfast is located in downtown Melbourne along a river front and within close proximity to the beaches. The place is very relaxing--swim in the pool, soak in the jacuzzi, or just hang out and stare at the fish jumping in the...

Comfortable room. Great breakfast options. We really enjoyed the view of the river while relaxing out back outside our room, the Melbourne Room. The outdoor furniture and porch provided a great place to enjoy some wine and conversation. Looking for a reason to return.
